I have been using this company for a few years now and for both my parents home and mine. They are always responsive to my questions and calls. The employees in the office and in the field are knowledgeable and professional. The work is always done well and they explain the process to me. I am grateful to have this company to rely on for my home needs

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had RupCoe come out to diagnose our AC issue. They INSISTED we need to replace the AC. I went to another company (Fontaine-Repair) just for a second quote. Fontaine wouldn't even come to my house b/c he said the issue might simply be fixed by changing the air filter. That's all we needed. RupCoe conveniently didn't have the air filters we needed in the truck and wanted us to spend thousands when we didn't need to. We got the feeling last time that RupCoe was untrustworthy & only wanted our $$$ but wanted to give them another shot because we'd done business with them in the past. We will no longer be using RupCoe as our go-to plumbing & HVAC service.

RupCoe put in a tankless water heater for me, and has been maintaining my heat and air conditioning unit for years now. They have also provided some plumbing maintenance for my home. They are consistently professional. At times I have had to wait for maintenance when they had other emergency calls, but they always kept me informed. I trust them to give me a fair estimate and do quality work. I recommend signing up for an annual maintenance plan. They provide a good value for the plan and recommend helpful upgrades without any sales pressure.

Since me and my wife bought a house in Edison back in 2021, we were really fortunate to have found a great plumbing and hvac business in Rupcoe. Jim and his team at Rupcoe have done several jobs at our house (a few include installing a furnace and condenser, and replacing a few faucets in our bathrooms). Each one was done professionally, thoughtfully, and for a fair price. I cannot recommend Rupcoe enough for any of your plumbing or hvac needs.

Ben came quickly after calling and explained the options. He and his colleagues then worked throughout the day to install the new tankless hot water heater as well as remove the old leaky water tank.

Ben was professional and timely. He answered all my questions and took into account our specific situation. I will use this company again. I will also say the staff who answered the phones were very helpful and friendly. It makes the entire experience of having to replace a broken appliance seem less miserable if the company you work with has costomer service minded employees. They were great.

This company was good up until I paid for their services. They provide a 1 year warranty on their services but good luck trying to get them back out once you've paid. I've had 2 appointments scheduled by them with hours lapse with no call no show. My appointment was scheduled for 2pm it's 619pm and I've called twice still no new time frame of when to expect the technician. I left work early for this. If you want a company who respects your time this is not the company for you.

My technician, JP, was great. He talked me thru everything and by the time he left you'd never even know my basement was under a foot of water the day before. He made a very stressful situation easy and understandable to me.
