The major sump pump (installed several years ago by RupCoe) in my basement would not stop running and I felt it was obviously on its way out. The technician, Derek, was able to come earlier than the window I had been given and he thought ahead to make sure he had on his truck the same pump. He was COVID aware and careful, absolutely courteous and respectful, and definitely knew what he was doing: he agreed that the pump was "gone", and was able to swap it out quickly and efficiently (the entire appointment time was only about an hour). I would recommend RupCoe and Derek to my friends! Addendum: I have been a happy and satisfied customer for many years.

I must say I have been very disappointed with the service that I have received from RupCoe. They gave me a great sales pitch, but once I purchased their unit, they became very unresponsive and lacked diligence in addressing defective parts.

I bought a mini duct air system for $8,500. For two months the system has not been working. Unfortunately this has increased our heating bill tremendously, as we are relying on other forms of heat to make up for the broken unit.

Scheduling appointments with RupCoe to fix the unit has been cumbersome. On one occasion, the technician was a complete no call, no show. After calling them, RupCoe later told me that technicians don't come out when it snows. We're incredibly disappointed by this service. We were hopeful that they would mitigate the situation with a sense of urgency, but that has not been the case.

On another occasion, I received a voicemail that the part for my defective unit had arrived and that I can call to schedule an appointment. When I called, I spoke to one representative to set an appointment to fix the defective part, and she confirmed it was set for tomorrow. When we called them again to confirm they would bring the part, another representative told me that there was no record of the part arriving (even though they left me a voicemail confirming the part had arrived). Again, we are incredibly disappointed by the lack of disorganization and communication at RupCoe.

I'm not saying don't use RupCoe, but definitely count the cost before you do. Their service has been severely under par so far for us.

Excellent experienced plumbers on call. I worked with DaQuan who is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and patient. RupCoe provides outstanding customer service from beginning to end.

I thought they were the best company to use until I just got scammed by them this week. I only ever used them so this isn't just me disliking their prices. I recently called them bc my basement bathroom was clogging up. I was told it would cost$550 dollars to just look at it after reluctantly agreeing I said ok something didn't seem right like the repair man wasn't being truthful and my wife noticed. I allowed him to continue her then proceeded to up the sewage pump ejector cover and stated the pump was no good the motor burned out and said it needed to be replaced at a cost of $1600. I told him I would get back to them. I then did my research to my horror I discovered that not only was the pump working it was in good shape. Just needed to be cleaned off. I unplugged the float and plugged the pump directly in and WOW IN NOW A BETTER PLUMBER THAN THE RUPCOE GUYS IN SOUTH PLAINFIELD NJ. ONLY COST ME A STIFF $587. LESSON LEARNED DON'T USE THEM EVER.

I purchased an old home about a year and a half ago. It had three heating systems: steam radiators in the old part of the house; radiant heat and hot water heating in the new addition. When I moved in, all three systems weren't working. RupCoe managed to get the whole complicated system up and running well. They were professional, skilled, and courteous. They are not discount plumbers--so if you're looking for the lowest bid possible they're probably not the outfit for you--but they are talented, knowledgeable, punctual, neat, and they got the job done right the first time. A good experience--and I intend to stay with them.

Great service! My AC broke on a Friday and RupCoe came out same day to give quote and installed new Monday morning. Tom was awesome! Very honest and willing to personally answer all of my questions. Lastly, the pricing was great!

We're very happy with these guys. They did our AC/furnace replacement a few years ago, and did a great job at a reasonable cost. We have an oil furnace, so it was a little challenging finding a company that does them. Some companies only work with gas, so finding Rupcoe was fortunate.

They continue do the annual maintenance, which we're also happy with. They're on-time and professional, no complaints whatsoever.
