My parents were having a lot of difficulty with their air conditioning and the company that originally installed the unit was getting a little ridiculous with service charges and never truly correcting the problem. RupCoe had recently installed a unit at my office and were so incredibly nice and efficient so I told my parents to give them a call. RupCoe came out within a few hours, corrected the problem and were very reasonable! My dad enjoyed speaking with the technician as well! A+ customer service! Thank you!

Our technician was Tom K. He was outstanding. He went above and beyond for me. He explained the problem with out hot water heater to me in detail i could understand and was patient with all of my questions. He took the time to check the warranty and get the correct parts ordered directly to me. His paperwork was very detailed and can be read easily. If you get Tom K dispatched to your home, you're in very good hands.

I have lived in South Plainfield for the last 16 years and my family has always gone to RupCoe with our plumping needs. But last week I had my kitchen counter tops replaced and I needed the plumping work done for that (basically fixing the faucet and the garbage disposal and connecting the pipes). They sent a technician the day I called and he did a good job, but he charged over 700. Everyone I spoke with said this was way too much for such a simple job. So I am happy with their service, but I think I was way overcharged.

Finding dependable service professionals is always challenging for homeowners. I have utilized Rupcoe for at least 20 years and they have never failed to be anything but prompt, honest and dependable. Howard and his crew recently replaced my a/c system and once again, I am impressed with the quality of their work and the courtesy of the Rupcoe personnel.

I found that ALL of the RupCoe staff/workers were very pleasant and professional. They are reasonably priced, very thorough, and flexible with their schedules so that it aligns with your schedule. We had a leak underneath our bathroom sink that was a mess. I called RupCoe after hours and they were over within an hour. The service tech was very honest and upfront about what the problem was and was not trying to sell me any additional work that didn't need to be done. They are truly a stand up company with excellent professionalism and customer service which is unfortunately lacking in most businesses today. I would recommend RupCoe 100%.
