A valve burst under my sink on a Tuesday around 1500 or so, and Brian was in my driveway within the hour. Repair was quick and clean, but not as clean as the invoice, which was beyond fair. Couple of days later, I needed a dishwasher installed. Called again around 1630 on a fn Thursday evening and an hour later he’s at my house, connectors and small miscellaneous hardware in hand, and by 1930 the dishwasher is installed and working. Extremely impressed not just with workmanship, but also with punctuality, demeanor and character. Brian’s love for his work is obvious and his dedication to his customers is also obvious. I truly couldn’t be happier. 12/5 stars (yes twelve out of a possible five), would highly recommend to family and friends 👍

I called Brian to help with my water heater during dinnertime on a Monday night (the most inconvenient time to call anyone ever!) because I was shocked to find it leaking profusely. He showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and was willing to return early the next morning to install the replacement at a very fair price. Fantastic work, amazing attitude, and overall exceptional service. Brian came out on a Sunday to look at my boiler (which wasn’t working) within a couple of hours of my call. He got it back on and scheduled to return for some maintenance the next day. He returned on Monday morning expecting fairly simple maintenance, But realized it would be much bigger than originally expected and he would have to replace some piping. He was patient and answered all my questions and explained what he found and why it needed to be replaced.

Despite having to remove a wooden soffit to access pipe, he did the work carefully and neatly, so that I will be able to have original wood soffit reinstalled. He did a FIRST class job!

When he was finished, he left everything neat and clean so you’d never know he had to do so much pipe work.

Boiler is working great and house is cozy and warm!

Brian's HVAC and Mechanical is great! I highly recommend them to everyone. When my water main was leaking inside the house Brian and his guys came by immediately and got the situation under control until the water company could come with a dig crew to fix their broken control and get the water off. Brian's helped in every way possible. Once the water was off, Brian got the repairs completed and the water back on.

My Carrier furnace had stopped blowing hot air.. Brian responded to my online inquiry via text immediately to check what the issue is.. When I explained to him about the issue, he said that my high limit safety switch has Tripped. He advised me to switch off unit, change filter, wait 5 mins & turn back on. When I did that the system worked fine & getting hot air.. Thank you Brian for your help over the text messages!!

Same day visit resolved issue that day, Brian really hung in there with multiple stages of troubleshooting to get my existing, older unit running rather than packing it in and telling me I need a new HVAC system, while providing sound advice on the eventual need to replace my unit.

Brian's HVAC and Mechanical was great. Brian came out and assessed a water pressure issue we were having. We ended up choosing to have a tankless water heater installed. Brian was always available to answer any of my questions and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Brian and his crew completed the install in a day and cleaned up the entire work space like they were never there. The final product came out great and all the lines were run cleanly. Highly recommend.

Brians HVAC & Mechanical did a thoroughly professional job replacing an HVAC unit in one area while replacing heating and AC in another. Brian and his crew are experts in their craft. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.
