First Choice Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

Just installed hvac to my house. The service was excellent along with the crew that installed it. Will recommend not only the company but will recommend the crew who installed it. Very professional and clean. Very knowledgeable on the system and how it works. Was very happy and satisfied. THANK YOU ! For all the employees who came out!

As a new customer, I didn’t know what to expect from First Choice and was quite pleased that I was able to schedule a same-day, weekend service call. The First Choice technician’s name embroidered on his shirt said “Angel” and he really was. Angel arrived on time, right as scheduled. He was very polite, asked for a verbal description of the problem and jumped right into diagnosing our 15 year old central AC system. I watched him work and it was interesting watching him eagerly assess and diagnose the system (like a doctor with his patient). After assessing the system from inside and outside the house, he found the problem in about 10 minutes and replaced a condensation pump that had malfunctioned. The replacement pump came right from his truck which saved time and a run to the supply store (and most likely a second visit). Estimates and payment were managed professionally on site. The service was excellent. To add to the impressive service, the technician walked past a pool pump repair project already in progress (by yours truly). The repair was not going well, but Angel and a few turns of his channel lock pliers took care of that problem too! This guy completely turned around what was looking like a very bad, hot and frustrating Saturday afternoon. We truly appreciated the service and would recommend making First Choice your first choice if you need help.

First Choice was recommended to me by a family member who was very happy with their service.
Gerard came out and checked out our boiler and water heater. He knew I was worried as both appliances are old. He did NOT try to sell us what we didn't need. He was honest and very easy to talk to. He suggested a cleaning of the boiler to check if it really needed to be replace. (Which I never had done) Angel came out. Once he saw the boiler he said absolutely DO NOT replace. It was in good shape. Thanks, Angel you saved us a lot of money!! He was also very up front, honest and very easy to talk to.
He did feel the water heater should be replace. This we plan on doing soon by First Choice.

I called another company and it turned out to be a totally different problem than diagnosed. It was misdiagnosed in the first place and there is some leakage in the pipe.
I just gave a three star rating because although the technician was pleasant my problem was not solved even a bit after spending $500 plus dollars , he explained that it would slow down the dripping and not stop it, but it did not even slow Down the condensation dripping at all , I guess I spent all the money on something that was not really needed

This is in response yo your reply: The point is that your technician said the above services would make some doffrence in the condensation although it will not correct the problem, it has made a zero difference if not worse than before. The whole reason of my service call was this condensation issue. I Wouldnt have spent any money if this was not supposed to make any difference at all . difference tried calling your office and they had no idea who contacted me .

Needed maintenance on my AC unit. Had Angel as a technician. Found some existing issues and repaired them. He was polite and thorough in his work. Explained everything to me and even took pictures so I could see what he was referring to. I was very satisfied. I will be sure to request him in the future.

I called First Choice to see why the unit wasn't blowing cold air. I thought it would be a lot more serious, but with the help and honesty from Alex, rest assured I was in the right hands. Before even coming in, he asked if we could look at your unit outside. He showed me and explained that the unit had ice on it, which was caused due to the filter being old and used. Easy enough, he showed me, and that was the issue. He was honest and extremely helpful. Also, he was such a stand-up guy who displayed professionalism and care. I highly recommend Alex, and I am so glad I met him!

We have used First Choice on three occasions in the past year; last year to install a new AC for the home and this year for annual service at home and at my office. The attention to detail is one of the qualities that sets them apart. From the reminder emails one day before the appointment to the name and photo of the technicians before their arrival, to their incredible punctuality, First Choice is remarkable for customer service. My most recent experience with technician Angel was noteworthy. He took time to explain simple steps to maximize efficiency and protect the units. We have found First Choice to be fair in their pricing, courteous in the service they provide and easy to work with. First Choice is worth considering if you are in the need of HVAC work. Bob

My a/c had been limping along for a few seasons. During my annual maintenance I was presented with 3 choices. I opted to upgrade. The installation team of Amando and Oscar arrived exactly on time. Detected some electrical work that no longer complied with current building code. They completed the job in record time, including the additional work of bringing my system up to code. The work was done with consideration to my home, especially my carpet. They cleaned up after themselves. My new A/C is quieter and more efficient. I highly recommend 1st Choice. I’ve used them for years and always been pleased. All the techs are knowledgeable, friendly and neat!

We were having issues with our central air system for a few months now. We called our usual HVAC company and they came and tried to fix the issues, but inevitably told us they didn't think they could fix it, and advised us to try to find someone else. Upon contacting First Choice I was very impressed with their operations. They got us a appointment quickly and communicated with us frequently leading up to the appointment with their arrival time. Their service technician Alex Gonzalez was able to figure out the issues with the central air system and he was able to repair it, the system is working great now! We were very impressed with the service we received!!

Called several companies and got several quotes. These guys offered me the best bang for my buck with really good service. Shout out to Amando and Oscar for an exceptional install. Very clean. Had another Tech (Angel) come out for the Thermostat upgrade and install. Very nice guy! Down to earth and good at his job. Will definitely use them again for future jobs. Will also promote the business as i understand they are customer centered and oriented.
