I've been using RupCoe for several years and I'm very well satisfied with their services.
Over the last few years we've used them for a few plumbing repairs and the install of a hot water heater and a new furnace and air conditioner.
At all times the work was very professional and handled in a timely manner. The techs as well as the office staff take their responsibilities very seriously and provide excellent service.. I could not be more happy with this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Tom was excellent. He was personable and very nice to deal with. He explained the problem and fixed it quickly. He knows his work.

Had trouble with my shower... Workers came in... laid down coverings to protect floors... thoroughly did their work... and competently went about their work... Very Pleased...

Scheduled an appointment a week ago for a faucet install and toilet install. Tech shows up at 4:34, looks at both jobs and leaves by 4:48. Had time to offer a service contract and bill me $64 for showing up, though. Avoid this company at all costs.

I did not schedule an estimate, I scheduled a service.

All of the below occurred in response to my google review and not the phone call I made to get an explanation.

By the way, a stand up company sends a refund for a service they did not provide, they don’t ‘offer’ it.

What actually happened is you blew off the job and collected the ‘show up fee’ - which I paid.

I called five places and looked for a replacement of a leaking water heater on Sat. RupCoe was the only place open that did not charge an overtime fee. Derek, the technician answer my questions thoroughly and patiently over the phone. He also came out promptly and replaced the water heater with care along the way. Clean up after too! The price and services were well worth every bit of it. Highly recommend RupCoe for their services.

I have used this company before. Very pleased with their work. Will use them again. Howard checked everything out and was able to resolve the issue.

RupCoe was a great contractor to work with. Customer care reps were pleasant and responsive in scheduling both my estimate and my plumbing work (in coordination with another contractor), and even called to notify me when Derek was on his way. Derek tackled my sewer line replacement with professionalism, assuring me that my issues would be fixed and my plumbing back up and running with little inconvenience to me. He singlehandedly spent the day lying in the mud of my crawlspace to make that happen. Thanks, Derek, for all of your hard work!

This is the first time we've used RupCoe and are completely satisfied. From our initial experience with Ebony to schedule the appointment, to Tom's quality work the next morning, everything was awesome!

We've encountered other plumbers that use high pressure sales techniques and this experience was nothing like that. Tom listened to our needs, provided a range of options and clearly explaining our choices.

I will definitely refer Tom in the future and am so glad he was referred to us!
