If their service and personnel were anything less than five stars I would not be a customer for over thirty years.

Don’t usually leave reviews good or bad but Petro customer service and response time has been great. Pleasant to deal with and reliable. Which is comforting when you are stuck with no heat.

I'm happy to announce I am finally free of Petro! Worst company I've ever done business with, hands down! They accused me of lying about getting oil from someone else because we were exclusively heating with wood. They basically refused to close my account, and they tried to wrongfully charge me for a service contract. Stay away!

For my first experience it was amazing. Tech showed up on time, very nice man, extremely professional. Saw the issue, replace the part, tetsed everything good to go....it was just that easy.

Excellent experience with professional technicians who are well mannered and accomodated themselves to our difficult schedule. We feel safe having all our service contracts with Petro.

I just bought a new home and was having issues getting an oil company to fill my tank for heating. Petro really came through and helped me in every way while helping me feel confident that I was going to be taken care of.

Our heat went out last night. The technician came at 11pm and replaced our thermostat and got us up and running again! He was great!

I just switched to petro this season, and I’m so glad I did. So far they’ve come out to us twice on a weekend and their customer service has been excellent. Highly recommended!

Scheduled a tune up in August for October (yes that fornin advance). Had to take the day off for it. Mechanic no show, no call. No bueno.
