Great experience with Fujitsu mini split installation at my home!

I have been with PETRO oil x 22 y now -the oil service delivery has been timely, I have been satisfied with the service calls . This past week my furnace was lighting up red and flashing and hissing !!!!!
I was terrified - the team sent out David C. he came on a Saturday , and called JAMES another tech to teach him as well because " this dosen't happen that often " JAMES, also had the part DAVID needed so they COMMUNICATED and met to help this customer out , the issue was explained to me , and DAVID also mentored . This was exceptional , over and above what I have experienced not only from PETRO, But in most professions. DAVID stayed with this issue until resolved .
This type of commitment to ones profession is commendable , DAVID exemplified skill and passion for the trade and the company that he said " loves his job " (Can teach skill but not passion ) ?? Who has passion for furnaces work DAVID C. does.
I called the supervisor NORMAN to relay this message , and that he needs to know he has a GREAT Employee working with the company and GIVE HIM A RAISE .

After Ida we had a new heating system. Due to a nozzle problem it filled up with soot. Petro Service came out and vacuumed out all the soot and installed a new nozzle. Petro Installation came out and checked our system, showed us how to detect a malfunction in the future, and provided reassurance that it should never happen again.

Very gratifying experience. We have had a Petro service contract for over 20 years. Usually only annual service needed, but prompt 24/7 responses to "no heat" calls.

Petro is an outstanding, honest and caring company. The people that answer the phones, the supervisors, the service people, good old fashioned customer oriented company. When their phone lines are busy there is an option to have someone call you back, they really do call you back, they just can't do enough for their customers. Their main focus really is the customer, it sounds corny but its 100% true. If you should have an issue with anything, they want to fix that immediately. I happen to have an oil furnace, i purchased a service plan that covers parts and labor on anything that could go wrong, at a super low price, so worth it. I wouldn't trust anybody else to handle my oil deliveries and service. All this is really true i have been with them for over 30 years. Check them out.

I knew I needed help with my water level sensor on my boiler. I was willing to wait until December for my tune up appointment, but when the phone assistant Katherine/Catherine understood my concern, she was able to set up an appointment with a technician the same day. I was grateful because that is exactly what the technician had to replace.

They are prompt, very efficient and allll does the right thing for me as a client. Larry is the best

My hot water heater started leaking bad Monday morning. I called in to schedule an appointment and was first given a window of 1-4 which wasn’t that bad since I called at 9:30 however in 10min I received a call right back moving my apt up to in the next 15-20min since they had a tech in my area that finished early. The tech came and deemed that we needed a new one. He got on the phone with sales to get a quote which was super reasonable and sales was able to come out and install it at noon! Everything was all done by 2:30 ..I was shocked at how quickly and efficiently this was handled! Thank you for not letting my family and I spend a night without hot water

I needed shut off valves installed and replaced on my water lines and was very pleased by the service I received from Larry. He was very knowledgeable, professional, sincere and knew exactly how to fix my problem. He was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I usually have a nice experience with Petro, the techs that are sent out are helpful and professional. When I call in I do get positive service, for instance the service date I had in place was for this Dec Thurs 13th but our unit was completely off and not working due to needing the annual tune up and when I called in to Petro yesterday Sunday morning they sent a tech right out for arrival between 1pm - 4pm and he actually arrived earlier at 11am which was fine because our heat was off and home was freezing cold.
Tech was helpful and took care of servicing unit, had it going briefly and heat is now working good.
Only down side is the service / oil is expensive... but i do understand you pay for what you get!

I have been a Petro customer for years and I am always satisfied with their service, from furnace oil deliveries, to water heater installation, to yearly furnace maintenance, I have no complaints. The service person who performed the maintenance was professional and friendly. I recommend Petro Home Services.
