Petri Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Drain Cleaning

I’ve been a Petri customer for close to 10 years. Very knowledgeable, professional, and always making sure the customer is okay. Recent work with Matt and Will was excellent. Very thorough with the job (new faucet installation) and patient with explaining what needed to be done. For local homeowners that want top notch plumbing work, with a family feel and commitment to excellence, I highly recommend.

The service.provided by the technician Luke was prompt, professional and respectful of any questions I had.

I had an excellent experience with Petri Plumbing and would highly recommend them. It was late July and my central air conditioning system stopped working. I called the company that installed the system but they were unresponsive so I went on to Angie's List. I saw that Petri had very good ratings and I recall seeing their trucks in the area.
I spoke to Chris Petri and he set up an appointment for later in the day. I received two calls later in the day with ETA information. Then they sent a text with a picture of the person, Steven Berger, who could repair the system. He arrived on time and had on a mask; they are serious about Covid-19 safety. He diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning capacitor. He had the part with him and replaced it. We were back up and running soon after.

Petri can accept a payment from a digital wallet and they take credit cards. I received an invoice a few minutes later.

During the repair, I signed up for an annual service contract for what seemed like a fair price, so Steven came out the next week and inspected the rest of the system.

It was a very good customer service and I appreciated that they use available technology to stay in touch with the customer.

I was very pleased with the plumbing service provided by William and Matthew. They were punctual, courteous and professional throughout the whole process of replacing my water heater. They explained what they were going to do, plus the pricing, to clear up any ambiguities, which is appreciated. They were patient with my many questions and just really helpful. They were,also, fun to chat with, both having very nice personalities!

I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent job Petri! So pleased with all the work Obed & Luke did for us today. Went above and beyond to make sure our piping was repaired and functioning, worked in a very limited space and installed everything to perfection. So happy, definitely ask for Obed!

Will from Petri Plumbing arrived on schedule, he was so knowledgable and sorted our complicated messy leak situation efficiently and skillfully. Cleaned up after the job better than I do. Warning: Amount charged was multiples of the estimate despite assurances to the contrary on the company's website

The good: company can provide proof of insurance. The work ultimately fixed the problem.

The bad: company provided a higher estimate than most others but we decided to go with them due to high reviews. After the technician removed the toilet, he informed us that the estimate had changed and would be twice the original. I felt coerced into agreeing since the alternative would be dealing with the disconnected toilet and sewage stench for several days until we could get someone out to compete the work.

After that, the price increased *yet again* ultimately totaling approximately 225% the original estimate and 3x what other companies charge for the same work.

Overall the quality of the work is satisfactory but I just wish I didn't feel bilked along the way.

Top quality!!!! Very impressed with Petri Plumbing and their services. All employees I dealt with were professional and accommodating while dealing with my plumbing issue. They did excellent work and I would recommend to anyone who needs plumbing or heating services!!!! They know what they're doing and are a local family business that I feel confident calling when I need to fix an issue or need work done in my home. I will be sure to call them again next time!!!!

I've worked with Petri on a few issues in my apartment.

Early last year Bill came and fixed an internal fan inside my HVAC unit that had been making a horrible scraping noise for 2 years. I had another company come three times before I called Petri, and they couldn't fix the issue. Bill worked patiently and was honest and up front about costs. He also helped me troubleshoot and improve a heat distribution issue I was having because of my high ceilings. He was incredibly helpful. Last week he returned for an unrelated issue and diagnosed our problem just from our description. They fixed it and were on their way. I highly recommend Bill for his expertise on HVAC systems, his clear communication, and his friendliness.

Recently, Matthew came on time, was diligent, and fixed my issue quickly. Thanks!

I had a wonderful experience with Petri Plumbing. The technicians William and Myles arrived on time and worked quickly, courteously and professionally. In addition, the office kept in touch with me throughout the entire experience of setting up the appointments, letting me know when the technicians would arrive, etc. I would highly recommend them.
