We love them. They installed an outdoor ice machine for me. Nick was on time and great! You know how the guy contractors are careless and destroy the surrounding areas when they install stuff? Nick did not do that. I directed him to not have water leaking and he did just that. Lurvvvvvvvv

I heard about this company through a family member. They came highly recommended..I was so happy with their service. They not only fixed my washer, they went above and beyond, by also fixing my hose connector. I'll never use any other company.

wouldn't even discuss the slightest details of pricing structures unless you pay $75. Joke...

Golden fusion helped us with washer installation. Although it took them several visits to fix some complication, they worked actively with us to settle the problems. The technicians are professional, skillful, and prompt. Customer service is responsive and effectively coordinates between the technicians and us. Highly recommend the service.

Worst HVAC company in the city, they charge you thousands of dollars and leave you with a system that doesn’t work. Hire someone else.

I had a great experience with this company. They responded quickly, came on the same day, found the problem, and it was fixed by the end of the next day. They were communicative, responsive, and clear. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best appliance repair companies I've seen in years.
I had them fix my dishwasher and my refrigerator. The owner calls clients back in a timely manner, shows up on time for appointments, has honest prices for repairs, and they all speak English which was a problem I've had before with other repair companies.

Our fridge started very slowly breaking down until it finally died - I found Fuse on a whim through a Google search and from the very first phone call they were incredible! Not only was it easy to make a house call reservation - on a holiday weekend no less! - the confirmation process and clarity of how pricing works and what the process would be, i already wanted to start recommending them to others! Alex was on time and really good at getting straight at the issue. He also gave really explanations of what was going on and how it all connected so we could make a knowledgeable decision for how to move forward after the diagnostic visit. If you ever need someone for fridge repair (and I’m sure for any of their other services) call Fuse!!!

I called to get an estimate on a maintenance of two ductless ac/heating units and the person I spoke to was evasive. I was clearly told it was $90/unit just to come out with a minimum of $185 a service call but when I pushed to find out how much the service was I couldn't get a clear answer. There was no hourly rate they could give me, there was no flat rate they could give me, there wasn't even an estimate or range they would give me.
