I hired Joe /Dazong to install split ACs in two of my units in 2012. It looked good and worked well at first, but, a couple of years in, I realized how terrible the workmanship was - he had used indoor, white foam tube insulation outdoors, exposed to the elements, claiming that it was meant for outdoors.

After a couple of years, the white insulation started to peel off, and, in 5 years, 80% of it was gone, exposing the tubes and cooling the street, and had to be completely redone by others.

Not just sloppy, but unethical.

They installed a split unit in my house. Very professional and clean job. Very happy with my Mitsubishi split unit that they installed.

Joe and his crew were very courteous and on time. Their work is outstanding and done on time. I give them A+++ and highly recommend them

Terrible business practice of cutting corner by not installing the duct for the Gree Duct Type Indoor Unit for my entire buildings of 34 units. Now, the indoor unit is left inside the dirty ceiling box sucking- dusty air and blowing it into the living space. This is not just unprofessional, but it's unethical.
