Mark and Joe were great and knowledgeable. They arrived on time. Both were polite, respectful and professional. My boiler room is small and my furnace is awkwardly placed. They removed my old water heater and placed the new one despite the difficulty. They even offered go clean up after themselves. Would definitely request thier services again God forbid I should require them. My new water heater looks awesome. 👌

Overall: Would use them again. They fixed a split unit AC.

Perks: Really responsive on the phone, made it easy to schedule and know when they were coming. They solved the problem quickly on the final visit, and everyone I spoke with was friendly and easygoing.

Lows: On the first visit, they assumed incorrectly that the problem was more complicated than it was (something to fix on the roof) so they weren't able to fix it in one trip (in the end, it just required switching the breaker). It was frustrating to wait around for hours and feel like nothing came of it.

Mark was absolutely wonderful! Einstein plumbing responded quickly and efficiently. The hot water heater was on the truck and had it installed in about 2 hrs. What started as a stressful day ended with the promise of many future hot showers. 😁

A/C split system down. Joe from Einstein came and informed me that there’s a leak somewhere in my big system so we should start by replacing Freon with a sealant. Said if it was his house that’s what he would do. So today, after being late by over 3 hours one young lone guy shows up and has no knowledge of sealant. He is only going to pump in Freon. Last week I was told that it might take 2 canisters to fill system and it would cost $1800 per tank. Today it didn’t even take one whole tank. I watched. And the kid could not get the system pumped up to system range. The kid said the bill would be $3200 for today. I questioned that it didn’t even take one tank.he called Joe and The bill was reduced to $2800. When I spoke on phone to Joe and questioned what I had been told last week he double talked me like a pro. He didn’t say or I misunderstood. Etc. he’s good at double talk. Sticking with his story that a tank costs them $1800 from manufacturers. I went online to see that the same pink canister (that they only used part of ) costs $400!!!!! No sealant. He said oh we don’t do sealant first time, after he definitely said that would be the job today. He had specifically told me he was getting a shipment of sealant in on the weekend so it would be ready for today I have a PhD in sciences. I know when I’m being lied to. Foolishly I paid the bill and fully expect them to come back when the Freon leaks out to try sealant as he promised. I should have gone with my gut when I heard him on the phone the first day to one of his workers when he said “….just play the game”
I feel I got “played “ today … I’ll follow up with a new review when we need them to come back for sealant treatment. Get your estimate in writing. My fault. I’m too honest and expect others to be the same.

Drain clogged beyond my skills today. Called for service at 1 pm and was able to confirm appointment for a 3-5pm sameday. At 250 received txt they were on the way. 20m later the team arrived. Very professional easy to deal with and got the job done quickly. They're rates are bit higher than I was expecting but for the level service received it was well worth it. Thanks again guys for the great work! Highly Recommend them.

They replaced my boiler, fixed my check valve, and cleaned out a soon-to-clog sewer.
Einstein's is efficient, knowledgeable, responsible, affordable and trustworthy. The technician, Tom, explained my house mechanisms in a language I can understand. I was offered additional services with no pressure, only what and when I chose. I have never experienced such professionalism and solid customer care in any other plumbing service, far less any other contractor (and I have worked with numerous contractors). Kudos to Einstein's! I hope their business expands and flourishes.

A half year later I needed my hot water tank replaced. It was urgent because the faulty tank caused my basement to flood, and flood and flood. A shut-off valve was faulty as well. Joe arrived an hour after I called, and completed the job in less than two hours, as promised! He also identified a water filtration problem that, if not corrected, would require more frequently changing my boiler and water heater. He is returning in only one week to install cartridges (with regular replacement cartridges provided) to help prolong the life of my boiler and water heater.

I recommend trusting Einstein's with all your plumbing needs. I know they have earned mine!

An apprentice (not a plumber) was dispatched to my home and had a secret call to the office then told me the job would cost $750 dollars. Next day I got a real plumber to do the job for $180. Consider that!

Bait and switch …. Told me “free estimate”, and then tried to charge me $100 for the “free estimate”. Dishonest.

And I’ll GLADLY listen to any phone recording. Owners reply just confirmed that he’s clearly dishonest. Honesty and integrity is lacking with this company. Hard pass.

Tommy was very informative, helpful,pleasant, as far as I can tell he did an excellent job. My only request is to receive a receipt of payment and the amount of time this cleaning last. Thank you for your service. I will most probably use your service again in the future.

Contracted Einstein plumbing for a emergency gas boiler replacement during a cold week in December. Owner Joe was quick to respond the next day to evaluate the job and provide a very reasonable and accurate estimate of what the replacement would cost. He and his crew arrived a few days later. Tom, Mark along with Joe were on time and very polite, professional and especially knowledgeable of any questions put their way. The attention to detail was especially appriciated with precise assembly to major pipe fittings. After completion site was cleaned thoroughly and Tom explained exactly the system installed as far a maintenance and programming the newly installed thermostat. I would without hesitation use and highly recommend Einstein plumbing for any major project your property requires ...5 stars.
