Came to your store at my wits end looking for 60" closet bypass door kits after seeing item on your web site. Has the old piece with me. Spoke to Scott who promise t order item and call me to compare the 2. I'm still waiting. Tried a follow up call, never got a reply after talking to their 800 operator. Thanks a bunch grainger, for nothing.

Although it can be overpriced, this place is great for mmetcisl grade stuff you just can't get at big box stores. The guy who works there opens on time, is energetic, knowledgeable and helpful.

Not a good experience order 10 foot platform ladders showed up and they only had one delivered and it was scratched up pay for new it should be new. Had to refuse it

Fraud alert. Friedrich WCT10A30A is only cool and fan. It contains none of the advertised features. No wifi, no clock, no timer. The technical specifications are all false.

Absolutely terrible. Walking inside the store & having to deal with a sales associate who was extremely condescending & unpleasant made my visit to grainger very disappointing.
