I recently had an HVAC system installed, and I am pleased to say that the installation was carried out with utmost professionalism. I have no complaints whatsoever. The crew members, including Zach, Onur, Ben, and Bryant, were not only friendly but also highly skilled and dedicated to their work. They maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout the installation process, which was important to me. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by this crew.

Highly recommend! Since the start, Mr. Air's been very professional, communicative, and easy to work with. The crew of Zack, Honor, and Victor did the installation and they were great. It took two days to install the split ACs. They were punctual, efficient, and made sure they left our home spotless. Would recommend Mr. Air to anyone in NY looking for AC installation!

Great experience working with Mr. Air to update our PTACs to mini splits. Of all the contractors I interviewed, their approach was the least invasive in terms of plumbing AND they made fantastic suggestions to limit the visual impact of our mini splits inside our apartment. We've had a few hot days since the installation and each unit (we installed three) works flawlessly. They were incredibly patient and understanding when our condo board dragged their feet a bit, and communicated every step of the way. I was most impressed with how quickly they installed everything (two days) and how impeccably they cleaned after all was complete. We're so happy to have an updated HVAC system and look forward to singing their praises to friends and family looking for a new HVAC system!

I did a lot of research and consulted with a handful of different companies around the NYC area before deciding on Mr. Air. I am so glad we did, as George is a true professional and is very upfront and transparent about the whole process.

His team worked quickly, efficiently, and did a very nice job with the install - which looks very clean well thought out. They cleaned up afterwards, removed all rubbish, and were very mindful of our space and property. Joshua, who helped with appointments and quoting was also very helpful. I never felt like any corners were cut, and all of our concerns were addressed.

Additionally, communication was great, the quoting process was very thorough, and I never felt like I was talking to a salesperson, but rather a professional expert, which really made the process very easy for us.

Before I used Mr Air, my AC system was installed almost completely wrong, was often leaking, and did not cool all rooms evenly. I hired George and his team to come in and rerun all of the drainage, cooling, and communication lines from my units to my condensers. They showed up early in the morning and had the whole system rerun and fixed by the end of the day. I now get consistent cooling throughout my whole system and have had 0 issues since the work was completed.

George and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and get stuff done. I have found them so much easier to work with then any other HVAC company I have used.

I needed help with my Fujitsu split AC as it was leaking droplets of water indoors. I called them on a Saturday and George came as soon as possible to look at it. He gave me some recommendations on cleaning it and also helped to clear some pipes on the outside that was causing the issue. I was very grateful for his speedy service and technical know-how!

I also asked them for a quote on building a security camera system at my place. He was able to offer great advice and different options that would fit my needs and budget. At no time did I feel rushed to buy or that he was trying to upsell me the most expensive unit possible. I liked the free appraisal and the follow-up care. He even remembered to call me back days later to see if I was still interested!

I can see from his other reviews that he does great work. You can rely on him not just one time, but for all your future needs and problems. If you call the company, definitely ask for George. He is really friendly and offers professional service.

MR AIR NYC installed a double split unit in our upper east side apartment in June of this year. They did an excellent job at every stage of the process. Our building required architectural alteration application, and George with the team were helpful in all steps of the process. The whole installation lasted two days (including a new electric panel which had to be installed since we are in an older building). The crew was very efficient and although we are on a higher floor, they managed to instal the outdoor unit. The outside unit is right below our window, and it does not obscure the view. The indoor units are up on the wall, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Both units are barely noticeable and keep the temperature very comfortable. We recommend a split unit AC system and *highly recommend* MR AIR NYC for an installation job.

We researched several options when we decided to get mini-splits and ultimately decided on Mr. Air. George and the folks at their home office patiently answered any questions we had on the phone and at a couple of site visits. Their workers were professional, clean and efficient and also, listened to any concerns we had while the work was being done. There's a bit of the unknown until you get behind the walls which was a concern before we started. Everyone worked together as a team and explained and took input on any variation from the original plan. We appreciated their empathy and flexibility. George was in touch or stopped by every day to answer questions. Everyone showed up on time and the job was finished within the timeframe originally given. We're extremely happy with our new system.

George and his team were very responsive and did a fine job installing a mini-split in our living room/dining room. There were some tricky problems placing the inside unit, but they figured out an excellent solution. I would use them again in a NY minute...

Imagine how you would like a split air installation to happen. A professional comes round to your property, listens to your requirements, presents a couple of different potential solutions and explains the pros and cons.

Then, having order the components, a large team shows up early in the morning, works until late at night. They put down protection, clean up after themselves each evening, and have the job done in a week.

Then the boss arranges a time to walk you through how to operate the system.

This is exactly what happened. I'm sure these guys are not the cheapest, but they are very professional and the system was commissioned and worked first time.
