We had a great experience using Panda to install a new furnace, redo the vents in our basement and clean all our ducts. Mark is very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining our options and tailoring the work to our needs and budget. Their team is super professional - they arrived on time every day, left the work space spotless, and made sure we were satisfied with everything. Highly recommended!

Our building has been using Panda's services for yeras because they are the best. I have dealt with about 6 HVAC companies in the past year because of problems with my CAC. Panda replaced my entire HVAC unit. They offered the best quote, the best quality of work, the most accurate advice, the exact unit I chose. They did extra work like replacing the floor in my machine room, removing and reinstalling the boiler, which other companies refused. Marek rerouted my gas pipes, installed a pump and redesigned the arrangements in my boiler room. Really, it would take 2 pages to describe how much better they are than the competition. No one, absolutely no one has the skills Marek has. Most of the others are hacks and thieves.

We've worked with Panda for about five years now, they have installed several large units for our offices in Manhattan. You get what you pay for, they are near flawless reliable, very honest and experienced. They want to do the job in a way that is most professional, they do not cut corners. They clean up properly, I am so totally impressed with them. Forever I would only use panda going forward.

Panda has now saved me in a bind a few times, Mark is super knowledgeable and fast and gets the job done perfectly! Fixed my furnace, and helped diagnose a clogged dryer vent. Super nice guy, on time, fair priced, went above and beyond, can't ask for more than that!

They are professional crooks! I wanted to installed two Mitsubishi VRF system HAVAC's in my house, one in the living room and other in the basement. They came to my house, they did an inspection of the amount of BTU power I need. After a few days of waiting just for an estimate, they finally emailed me the proposal. This crook company charged me the amount of $13,000, that's correct, 13 thousand dollars just to installed two HVAC's. I wanted to email them back and cursed them out! I mean, a 18,00 BTU HVAC from Mitsubishi cost about $2800 each. I mean, I'm not a math expert, but, that doesn't add up to 13,000 dollars. Could someone please explain to me why they charge me so much??? I don't know where they got 39 5 stars reviews from according to google, but this company are a bunch of crooks and they only want your money and nothing else! Please stay away from this company.

I wholeheartedly recommend Panda AC for anyone looking to replace or service their central AC system. Having previously installed a system about 12 years ago using the lowest bidder, I had been plagued with constant problems--faulty condenser and multiple freon leaks. It was extremely frustrating, and I needed to replace that system for this summer.

Panda AC came highly recommended by my neighbors in the building. I found Mark to be very responsive--they suggested several options for systems I could choose, and gave me a range of prices to choose from. They didn't try to push the most expensive option in front of me, and let me make my decisions based on my own needs.

They had Vlad handle my installation, and he was incredibly professional--arrived on time each morning (it took a day and a half to install the system), and took multiple steps to ensure that my AC was properly set up with upgraded drain pipes and insulated lines. They cleaned up my place when they were finished, and you almost wouldn't know that someone was even there.

When it comes to AC--the people who install your equipment and maintain it are super important--it's better to spend money on quality because I think my new system will last for many years to come.

We had an great experience with Panda and their technician Sam. The company was very good about scheduling an appointment in a short time frame and had always been very responsive and polite every time we call.

Sam was also a great technician. He arrived on time, competed the work in a shorter time than he estimated and was very polite and courteous. He also took time to answer any questions we had and I found him to be very honest, straightforward and helpful in addressing our issue and solving it.

Overall a great experience with both the company and Sam.

Had unites installed before always had problems, they never worked, had lots of issues. Replaced them with PADNA OMG!!! what a deference, they calculated the room, installed right equipment. its like a north pole in my office!!!LOVE IT!!!

The team at Panda HVAC is efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable. They are great communicators and quick to action. I've had issues with my HVAC for many, many months and I found Panda HVAC when my usual contractor was unavailable to finish the job. Within a few minutes of requesting a quote, I got a call from the office, and by the end of the day, technician Vlad was in my home getting work started. Within a few minutes, he determined the issue and relayed an assessment which was consistent with past evaluations. Vlad, Mark and another technician worked hard and quickly over just a few days, always showing up on time and leaving my home quite clean after every workday. My central AC system is now completely working after basically a year of being inoperable. I would not hesitate to hire them again - great experience!!!
