Antonio was thorough and professional and very personable. He ordered new parts for my mini-split system day-of my service appointment and is actively trying to schedule the follow-up appointment himself; since he handled the diagnostic appointment, he wants to personally install the new parts for my mini-split unit. His dedication and level of service is top notch!

Marc and Wes came during their scheduled window. They introduced themselves and got right to work. They arrived at 2:37PM and left at 3:57PM. They explained everything to me. They answered all my questions succinctly. They worked quietly and efficiently. I would give Vigilane Plumbing a 5 out of 5 rating!

Vigilante Plumbing's Michael and Aidan rescued my whole house today from a disgusting and depressing drain stoppage. They carefully strategized and implemented a repair plan to eject the stoppage, and they succeeded wonderfully after much hard work and sweat! All the time, Michael and Aidan were professional, focused, good-natured, and confident. Vigilante Plumbing is fortunate to have these two pros on board, and I am fortunate as a new customer to have had the opportunity to meet them! Vigilante helped us through not one but two tough issues today. They were efficient, professional, friendly, and got the job done, and, importantly, handled our emergency issue right away. Kerry was addressing an HVAC issue when he heard water in the basement. Unfortunately, it turns out we had a main line sewer blockage. Kerry got Steven from the plumbing side of Vigilante out immediately. He and Ali jumped in to assist Steven and they took care of it fast! I’m so grateful to the team at Vigilante!

Installed new water heater and had a great overall experience. Very horough with the estimate, prompt installation, and then came back quickly when we had a post-installation issue. Very professional and great customer service!

Mike F and Meliton provided excellent service and were very professional. I was pleasantly surprised they arrived on such short notice to replace the water heater (which they brought with them.) They explained the scope of work in advance and did a great job with the installation of the new tank. I was charged exactly what I was quoted, no hidden costs, and they even cleaned up before they left. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Vigilante!

Fabio did a fabulous job. He was responsive and responsible. My daughter and husband were on their honeymoon when they were informed of a leak into the apartment below them. I live two hours away. I assisted with the calls to Vigilante Plumbing. The entire staff made my coordinating their response easy. Fabio came on time as arranged, he found that the leak was from a pipe related to the toilet, he came back the next day on time, replaced the elbow pipe and reset the toilet with a new deep wax seal and bolts. He texted me several times of his initial inspection with photos of the pipe damage and the next day sent photos of his repair. His estimated cost was the final cost. If I could give more stars to Vigilante and to Fabio, I would. Arlene

Had a great experience with Vigilante identifying the source of a coolant leak and repairing our mini split A/C unit. It was easy to schedule each visit, they provided clear explanations and quotes in advance, and they were always on time.

The Vigilante team has always been honest and nice when checking our AC units. We’ve been using them for years and have never had a problem.
