We've used Vigilante for air-conditioning and plumbing needs since 1994. They have always done a great job and their service people are top-notch.
Vigilante is more expensive than most of the competition. A few times we tried a less expensive service and it was never quite up to Vigilante's standards.

Mike did a walk-through of my house, listened to my goals and concerns, informed me of my options, and was exceptional. He was realistic and very professional. He was an amazing plumber and his honesty made me feel more positive of my plumbing issue. He did tell me that the issue would need a General Contractor and told me what to say when I hired one.
