Let me start this by saying "Excellent Service"
I was looking for someone to fix the leaking from the outside of our two window unit air conditioners which turned out to be harder then I imagined to find someone who was reliable professional and didn't seem like they were ripping you off and then I found Yev from Stay Cool NYC
The air condition at the front of the apartment was dripping on the building which will damage the brownstone by coursing black stains if not taken care of. The other unit was dripping on the baloney of the people downstairs which was right in front of the door to go in and out. Yev from Stay Cool NYC took care of it in no time. He was a breath of fresh air... He was reliable, professional and a really nice guy. From the phone call in the morning letting us know he was on his way to explaining what he was going to be doing along with speaking to the landlord and letting her know how he would be diverting the dipping water from the front her house. I called asking for advice whether to repair a broken window AC or buy a new one. Yev gave detailed information for both options, and suggested that I decide. A day later, I decided to get a new window AC. I gave my ideas; Yev gave his ideas. He gave objective, thorough information. Excellent and fair. A few days later, his partner, Alan, installed the. new LG window AC. Expert job: on time, neat, efficient, excellent workmanship. Five stars in every aspect of the job, planning, communication.

So… Things were not going as planned and it was going to be 90°. I almost wrote… Name of really big company omitted… A great review. When Yev comes I can relax because I know that the job is going to be done perfectly. He is communicative which is so so important. He is polite and kind. When the job was done which took almost no time… He had cleaned up after himself. He guarantees his work and his prices are totally reasonable. You’ll thank me. ☺️

Allen did a great job installing our window unit, right on time for summer! Very responsive to phone calls and scheduling the install was easy. He brought his own tools, created a perfect seal using Plexiglass around the unit and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. He also wore a face mask during the install. Thank you!

Yev did a great job with my plexiglass AC installation - the price was very fair, and I really appreciated the wide array of AC units he had for sale. He's very responsive and clear about the cost breakdown, AND, available on nights and weekends, which is a major bonus! This is the second time I’ve had Yev install an air conditioner for me. He was prompt and, as always, such a pleasant man. Have you ever had someone come to your home and they’re so unpleasant that you just want to get them out of there as soon as possible? He got right to work and it seems like he was done in no time. It was a REALLY hot day! He left the area really clean which I know we all appreciate when someone does that. The cost of the job was really reasonable. Yev has installed my large AC unit for the last 2 years. He's reasonably priced, reliable and makes the whole process hassle free. I will continue to use his service every year!

Yev does a great job. I was looking for weeks for someone who would provide information, as well as do purchase, delivery and custom install. This can be a major hassle in NYC, but Yev made it easy and quick. His prices were fair and it looks great.

Had a couple other people install my A/Cs before trying Yev. They would leave unnecessary gaps that caused bugs to enter my apartment, as well as noise and allergens. Yev did an amazing job. I highly recommend him!
