Steven and Aidan did a fabulous job replacing my sump pump and check valve, cleaning everything up, and testing it with me. These guys are great!

Vigilante's technician Peter McKenzie evaluated our co-op's malfunctioning heating system. He quickly found several serious problems, most notably an improper wiring of a thermostat by another party. It was obvious he totally understood the intracacies of our system, and he very carefully explained each problem area and how best to address it. He was professional and polite throughout his visit. I highly recommend Vigilante.

Frank and Kerry were incredibly professional, efficient, timely...I can't say enough good things about their visit. Would happily recommend them to other business owners and I will certainly be using them again!

Matthew was super helpful with various plumbing needs both times that he came out to help. He was really flexible when I was unsure about how much I wanted fixed at once. You’re lucky if Vigilante sends him your way. He solved the problem, did it quickly and cleaned up after himself which is more than I can say for the AC folks from Vigilante that came out.

I trust Vigilante to get the job done when it comes to plumbing needs but you do pay the price $$.

Both technicians were professional, accommodating, polite and helpful. Their installation was expeditiously, yet thoroughly accomplished in a very pleasant atmosphere.

Fixed blocked kitchen sink. Had to remove trap to snake drain. Replaced old drain pipes under sink. Clean professional job.

Technician Steven Sanchez was here this morning to evaluate our water heater condition. He determined that it could not be repaired, needed replacement, and promptly arranged for that to happen this afternoon.
It was a pleasure meeting and dealing with Steve. He is a valuable asset to your operation.

As a landlord response time is critical. However, just as critical is the interface between tenant and repair person. After finding Vigalante I feel confident that when Peter McKenzie is on the case, both my tenant and I will be happy with the results. Thanks for coming again, Peter. I really appreciate you!
