Vigilante Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

We've used Vigilante for the last 5 years. They are professional and thorough. They're not cheap -- I'd even call them expensive -- but they're so much more reliable than your average plumber that it's worth the money for the time savings and peace of mind.

Mike stopped by today to do a gas line check. He informed us prior to his arrival, sent over a pic so we knew who to expect, was approachable and informative the whole time he was at the house. He made sure we had his name if we had any future questions before leaving. Mike was great!!! Thank you

This company is responsible for what they do. Since we got an issue after pieces of AC wires were changed, they sent our service man to check right away. Denton Dias was our service man. He is very professional and helpful. We are very happy with their service.

Very honest and knowledgeable about all systems. Clearly detailed all steps taken, and identified all of the issues we were having with our boiler/water heater. Extremely patient, allowed us to ask questions and had no problem repeating anything we did not understand. Was also extremely kind to our dog!

Vigilante as a whole is one of two plumbing companies I trust in NYC! I've called them out for a host of issues / plans and everyone I've worked with is friendly, professional, good at their job, and overall great to work with. My most recent was Frank who was incredibly patient with my old building and its host of problems, and took the time identifying and explaining all of my options in a way that I can understand which I really appreciate since I'm new to this whole deal!

Our shower valve broke and was stuck in the “on” position. We had a different plumbing company come and they said the shower cartridge valve is rare and unfixable. Frank from Vigilante came to the rescue and acquired and replaced our shower cartridge valve so quickly, we were only without water for 30 minutes! Frank clearly has a vast knowledge about all possible plumbing issues, AND, he was able to quote me and schedule us to have a new humidifier system installed in our HVAC for next week! We are new devoted customers to Vigilante, and we look forward to working with Vigilante as our new favorite plumbers and HVAC specialists for many years to come.

Most recently I used Mike F to help replace my broken Insinkerator. He was knowledgeable about the issues and options, thoughtful and very nice to work with. Would definitely use Mike again!
Previously, Denton and his colleague did a great job repairing my gas furnace which required a new motor and a number of electrical components. They took time to trouble-shoot and to ensure that the unit was working properly, and they communicated well regarding project timing and cost.

Mark and associates did a professional and clean job. Explain detail information on the process. Both person answer any questions on my concerns. Great job guys 👍.
