Vigilante was an absolute pleasure to work with. They took my call first thing in the AM, scheduled a technician to come out same day and service my A/C which was not working. My technician Antonio Rodriguez was extremely knowledgeable and a true professional. He addressed the issues, made repairs and took time to explain everything he was doing. Look forward to working with Vigilante in the future.

So....this review is going to begin with Roto Rooter and end happily with Vigilante. This past weekend we had a sewage backup in our drain pipe in our boiler/laundry room. We normally use Vigilante but they couldn't get someone to come out immediately so we had to settle for Roto Rooter. The guy came out and did a snake a camera of our sewer drain and used a camera to check out the pipe. He said there was lots of scale and wipes (we don't use wipes, though), clogging up the pipe and that there was a clog that he couldn't get out with the snake, going towards the main sewer line. He recommended something called a picote machine to go in and clean everything out. He said he could do it today but today only for $7800(!). We politely declined saying we needed time to think about it. A day later, we got in touch with Vigilante and Rafael N. came out. He similarly put a camera into the pipe and told us similar things....scale, lots of grease, etc. He didn't see an un-snakable clog like the Roto Rooter guy did. He also offered to send us the video he took of the pipe (Roto Rooter said they aren't allowed to give customers the video). He said that he could do a power wash of the pipe to clean everything out....and this is important; for $1500(!) Now Vigilante is not a low price, budget company. They cost a bit more than other companies out there, but they have always been professional and have done great work with no heavy pressure. Needless to say, we got it done with Vigilante rather than being fleeced by Roto Rooter. Always be wary of companies who will try to charge you a supposedly lower price "today only". That set off a scam alert, rightfully so. Vigilante was efficient, friendly professional, and thorough in cleaning out our sewer pipe. Another positive experience with them for us!

Had work done and we agreed to disagree with the work performance. I was given a full refund as promised and stated to owner sometimes no one is happy with the outcome . I appreciate the honesty and swift action taken by them. I would recommend Vigalante just off of the owner’s promise and word.

I invariably have prompt and exceptional service from Vigilante Plumbing. I've been a customer of theirs for 20+ years. Their staff are always courteous, they invariably clean their work areas, and they graciously answer my questions. Frank knows my HVAC system very well which gives me a lot of confidence. And, his colleagues, Peter, for example, are always the same.
