INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST, and RUDE

Working with them was one of the worst experiences of my entire life. They came to check on a faulty water heater three different times. They could not fix the issue any of the times. When I finally managed to get a replacement water heater for them to install, after two days, the new water heater burst and leaked all over my basement. Finally, even though they guaranteed six months of repairs in their invoice, they are refusing to come back to fix the problem.

This doesn’t even take into account how hostile and rude their attitude was the whole time. If you have any other choice in company, use them. Authorized Heating is incompetent, dishonest, and unprofessional.

Thank you Dameon for a quick repair. Yay! We have hot water. The process was quick and easy. Unfortunately I was only covered for the parts portion of this call but the service was excellent!

Kevin was on time, professional and thoroughly explained what he was doing in trouble shooting our water heater installation. We highly recommend using them.

Normally I don't write reviews Authorized heating was so great i have to say something. I used this company for my hot water heater, the technician was awesome, very knowledgeable of what he was doing.

I used Authorized Heating for a complicated issue related to my hot water heater. I found their service to be excellent. They are very responsive and well organized. Marc walked me through the issue and what my best options were. I will definitely use Authorized Heating again!

This company is right on time and very professional they sent 2 guys Dave & Duane I think . ( Very Nice Guys )

I did not spend much time chatting them up they came here and asked which way and location of water heater.

They knew what to do and look for and right away to testing the components and found the problem within a couple minutes and concluded the Control Module was bad and got to it right away replacing it .
They had the control module replaced and hooked back up within I would say about 20 minutes and then proceeded to fire up the heater and it fired the first time they tried it and everything is working great.

Its July 24, 2020 and everything is good.

I would Highly recommend this company if you need some Warranty work done they cover most brands

My pool heater was not working, found this late in the day. I tried a local to Staten Island company and had a 3 week wait for repair. A friend recommended Authorized Heating, I left a message after 7pm. By 8:45am I got a call back. They scheduled the repair a day later, promised to call before arriving. Yes 👍🏼 they did as promised! I like their prompt service. The guys were friendly and professional. The job was completed and repaired. I’m a happy and satisfied customer. Highly recommend.
