Petri Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Drain Cleaning

Petri Plumbing was incredibly responsive and communicative. Prior to the technician Matthew arriving, I received a text and email with his picture. Matthew was very professional and skilled at helping us locate the leak in the kitchen pipes. We previously have a task rabbit replace the pipes and it was still leaking. Matthew diagnosed the problem and was great at explaining what the issues were to us. He was able to fix the leak and troubleshoot issues as they arose. He was absolutely excellent and we highly recommend Matthew and Petri Plumbing!

William was on time, courteous, and very respectful of my space. He explained the work that needed to be done and was wonderfully efficient and thorough. Not at all surprising. I’ve been using Petri Plumbing since I purchased my home. It’s why I’m a Total Care Member. Worth it!

We have used Petri multiple times over the past few years, most often for maintenance our air conditioning units, but also for clogs and other drainage issues. In each case, they were able to resolve the issues quickly for a fair price. But my favorite thing about Petri is their overall customer service and communication - they send email or text reminders, including photos and information about the technician who will be coming to your home, so you know who to expect and when. They also follow up after repairs to confirm that everything continues to work as expected. I have also found them to be thoughtful and safe during recent work we needed to have done during the COVID pandemic.

Petri came same day to fix a clogged toilet and they came within the window they promised. Will patiently waited while I got back home from an errand and had the job done in under 30 minutes start to finish. They quote their rate upfront.

William and Matt showed up on time, completely ready to start work. Despite the fact that plumbing work can be noisy I was almost unaware of their presence in the house. William was very good about explaining the operation of the new toilet. They left the bathroom cleaner than it was when they started. I would definitely utilize the services of either of these technicians again.

Will and Matt were excellent technicians! Prompt, responsive, thorough, and professional not to mention extremely respectful and kind. As a woman at home alone because my partner was traveling when the plumbing issue occurred I felt very safe and comfortable. They acted with integrity and transparency regarding the plumbing issues and costs and helped to find the most cost effective solution. I highly recommend them.

Petri you should be extremely proud of Kyle, from the stellar dispatch service provided to the professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and trust worthy plumbers Will and Matt.
They strategically went above and beyond their duties same day to replace our hot water heater tank and did a phenomenal job that eased our emergency tensions as new members. Always booties on, you would have never known Petri was in our home. They left our home super clean.
