Petri Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Drain Cleaning

We had a damaged shower regulator cartridge and live in a coop. We had to have a licensed plumber come and do the repair. Alex came out and sourced the issue and got part information. A couple of days later, William came and replaced the damaged piece.
The whole process was quick and professional. They even accommodated my schedule around my need to do school drop off and leaving for work in the afternoon. Would recommend.

Our boiler stopped working but there was no obvious cause. We had a non-standard setup that was very complicated. Steven was able to not only identify the issue (a burnt board), but provided picture evidence and was able to identify the cause (a Nest thermostat). This was important because after the repair, we replaced the Nest with a Honeywell to avoid the issue from occuring again.

Again, Petri to the RESCUE!! Technician William Rivera was very professional and saved the day, as my tenant contacted me about a flood in the wash room at 7:30 am on 4/19/23, unknown where the water was coming from!! I contacted Petri and by 4:30pm the problem was located and fixed!!!

Initially nervous as it was a series of sudden big money jobs as a function of dishonest apartment sellers but after the start, Petri performed in s timely manner on all levels - HVAC repairs and plumbing - in difficult circumstances. Very grateful :-)

Water from the two top floors was draining into the sink in the basement. The sink was also falling off the wall.
Alex arrived at the time scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem(s). He brought in Will and his helper to clear the line from the sink to the outside. Since the job ran late into the day he came back the next day to install a new slop sink. All plumbing problems were resolved. Alex was patient with my many questions. I would not hesitate to call Alex back again with any future problems.

I was pleasantly surprised by how professional they are.
All around from the appointment scheduling stage, responsiveness, and up to techs on site.
A bit pricey, but I have a feeling it's worth it.

Called Petri after my AC Company just decided to stop answering their phone. Their mechanic came out and was very detailed in his evaluation. They did a cleaning and my air just feels...fresher!

Will and Gene came to our house for a very difficult job involving diagnosing and replacing leaking and rusted heating pipes buried underground. They were prompt, professional, clean, polite and knowledgeable. The job took 2 days to complete and they made sure everything was working properly and in good condition before they left. On the final day they stayed until 10:30pm to finish the job and make sure we had heat and hot water before the temperatures really dropped. I would recommend this company to friends and family and will continue to use them for any plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs in the future. Will and Gene were phenomenal and a pleasure to have in our home. They left the house spotless when they were done.
