This weekend, my grandmother had a terrible shower leak. Matthew was kind enough to isolate the leak for her and left an estimate for the repair until she is able to proceed. Matthew went above and beyond to isolate the situation for my grandmother who was impressed with Matthew’s kindness and honesty. We most definitely recommend Petri Plumbing.

Matt and William did a tremendous job for us. After calling Petri on 12/29, they came within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem. They returned the next morning to resolve our issue fully. As a team they were on-time, very respectful and responsive and worked to solve our issues without unnecessary waste of time or money. I would highly recommend them in the future.

My water heater flooded at 4 am. I called one plumber who still hasn't called me back. I called Petri. They answered immediately and sent Will who came in 20 minutes, inspected, gave me a free estimate, and then ordered the new heater for me. Deshorn came with the new heater and they both carried out the old one, installed the new and had it working within three hours. I was very pleased with the service. I will definitely call them again and refer them to my friends.

Technician was fine. The estimate was outrageous. I would not recommend them to anyone. Find someone else to fix my problem for a fraction of the price.

I contacted Petri Plumbing needing to have a toilet bowl replaced. Within 48hours I had the service completed. I am a homeowner of a property in Brooklyn but currently I am in Atlanta GA. We have had numerous installations and emergency call outs made by the nice folks at Petri plumbing. From a new boiler, new HVAC installation and most recently the excavation and installation of a new sewer pipe in our basement. Technicians Will and Martin followed through with the job till the bitter end and I have been very impressed with their hard work and knowledge. Dealing with our 100 year old pipes does take a certain level of skill. Goes to show that experience is everything in these situations.

I hope we don’t have to call them again, but I’ll keep Petri on speed dial, just in case :-)
