Prompt service and very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get a hold of them in a timely manner, and they answered each email directly and thoroughly. They were prompt when they said they were going to be in my apartment, and they messaged me the entire time. I was not caught by surprise and I was totally prepared for the removal of my air conditioners.
The staff is fantastic, from the office staff to the AC techs I am actually planning to use them again next year for installation.

SUPERCOOLNYC is amazing! They're fast, low cost, professional and very easy to work with. I emailed them with the info they requested on their website and they got back to me pretty quickly with a quote. They set me up with an appointment and I knew exactly how much the air conditioner and installation will cost me before they even arrived. They arrived on time as promised. I got a Frigidaire 8000btu air conditioner delivered and installed. The whole installation only took them 30 minutes and they didn't leave a single piece of garbage!! They're friendly, fast, professional, and clean up after themselves!!! I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family for air conditioner installation.

Hopefully I get asked who to call for A/C installation and service because I'd love to recommend Jonathan. I neither had the tools nor the correct bracket to put in our unit for the first time since moving to the area, so I decided to find a pro, and that's exactly who Jonathan is. Not only did it only take him a few minutes to get the unit installed, he plugged it in, made sure it was working and recommended some good Italian food in the neighborhood (Bay Ridge). He also happens to be extremely cordial, which goes a long way to add to his "pro" status and this well-deserved 5-star review. 10/10 would hire again.

My apartment is a 4th floor walk up that looks out over a busy sidewalk. The idea of lugging an ac unit up the stairs was daunting, and the fear of dropping it out my window was terrifying. I was lucky to get an appointment the very next day after contacting Supercool after moving in to my new apartment and Jonathan was great. I had a tricky situation where only one window isn't on a fire escape meaning that I'd have a hard time cooling my apartment even with a really powerful AC. No getting around that since its illegal to block a fire escape in NYC. Jonathan was able to give me some tips to make the most of my new AC and get the cool air to spread out better, which have been really helpful.

I tried installing myself last fall but just waited and called supercool last week. It’s the type of job you want to have some habit / experience with before doing if you’re a few floors up. It’s expensive but worth it.

What I liked most about these guys is that they came when they said they would (I'm looking at you time warner!!) and they were quick and professional. Got a new AC installed with the bracket that my building now requires rather than propping it up with a block of wood, and they removed my old ac. If you get Jon, he's a funny guy!
