I’m a local business owner (mechanical contractor) who was purchasing equipment from them. Sadly, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If I could give them zero or negative star I would. If you go to that place and don’t know how to speak Chinese language, you would most likely be treated rudely and served last. Despite multiple visits and many purchases, they refuse to recognize you or acknowledge any previous transactions, and even showing invoices or sales receipts will not refresh their memories. The prices they quote you on the spot come out of nowhere and change speedy quick. Referring to just a few hours ago email communications reflecting totally different numbers won’t be of much help either. They’re also more inclined to cash transactions. Once you try to use the company credit card, they give you a terrible attitude or make a sour face in your direction. Hard to believe it is still possible to operate a business in such an unethical and shady way.

I purchased 3 split AC systems in 2019, now after two years, the AC is leaking refrigerant. They sent the first technician who said it was installation problem the connection area has a small leak, so the one who installed it needs to come back to fix it. After numbers of follow up calls and I actually had to took a day off to go to the store to request the installer to come back fix it. The installer finally came and told me that it's not installation problem, it is the machine leaking refrigerant. The installer only responsible for installation, nothing else. And told me to talk to the store. I called store again, they said that they will send the 3rd technician but not sure when will the technician has availability. I requested to speak to a manager, they either said the manager is on lunch or the manager is not here and they don't know when will the manager come. I have been back and forth dealing with this for ONE WHOLE MONTH! I am really frustrated with them as everyone was trying to find an excuse to get away from their responsibility, no one is actually solving any problem for customer!!! I purchased all my appliances and 3 split systems from them were because I know that 纽约家电 is a big franchise store in Chinese community and was expecting them have better quality assurance and more professional customer service, but what I had been went through was horrible and as now I don't even know if I can use my AC this summer. Very disappointed!!! The AC brand is Friedrich, my invoice # 26580, looking forward for the owner to assist me solving the problem.

Called yesterday and today.

Their representative, Lydia said they are having more than 4000 current customers to assist, they can't really take care of every case, including my case, bla, bla, bla...

It is a case for claiming rebate of installations of 4 AC split systems, and it has been delayed for 14 months.
It was delayed, but now I have no idea if I am able to get the rebate due the delay.

**Edited: I called Lydia at 2PM regarding an email, Lydia said she hasn't check their emails yet. which email was sent at 10AM, from a company New Utrecht AC claims rebate from. I was in the CC List.

I guess their business is too good, so no time to take care any customer services.
