Petri Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Drain Cleaning

We called Petri on a friend's recommendation and are so happy that we did. William was incredibly professional, on time, and very knowledgable. We worked with him to repair roof drains and on another occasion to service a basement ejector pump. He did a great job and I would definitely call them again. Highly recommend!

We have now used Petri twice during the pandemic. They fixed our boiler and most recently replaced our split unit air conditioning. Bill is very competent, through and clearly communicates what the variables are. The installation went better than we could expect...very professional. They also cleaned up thoroughly (much appreciated). Bill and Mike were very friendly and polite and took all the necessary precautions for our safety. The equipment was high quality and the price was reasonable. So nice to have such a positive service experience.

I have used this service many times. I appreciate the explanation of choices to do the job, when you are fortunate to have a choice. The plumbers were able to replace the pipes around the leak and we’re happy. Thanks again

Will & Ray the dynamic duo very friendly guys. Good attitude from the time they enter the facility the were very professional . I had a major drain issue in less then 1hour that was solved when they arrived. The main project to replace check valves and grinding pumps to a sump pump system They went above and beyond to do this in 2 days. the exceed my expectation. Great job guys kudos to Petri Plumbing.

Highly recommend Petri Plumbing. William arrived at our property on time and was able to quickly diagnose an ongoing issue we’ve been having with our tenant’s water pressure. He was professional, communicated everything he was doing along the way and answered all my questions. We’ve had other plumbers try to resolve and have spent money on other fixes without any luck. I can’t say enough good things about him and the service received.

Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came quickly and fixed our cooling problem quickly and gave us some advice and references for other work that we need to do in our house. I will definitely use Petri for any future plumbing and heating issues.

They will not provide quotes unless you pay them an emergency response fee of $89. Even if it’s not an emergency and you just need something installed. I would only call for emergencies that you don’t mind losing $90 on. Remember they may come and do nothing and still charge. Not a business model I would go for.

It was my first time using PETRI Plumbing. I was very happy with the service. Chris Petri who was very pleasant on the phone called to confirm and they also sent an email. They also sent an email with a picture of the person coming so you don’t have to worry about letting a stranger in. The technician Jeremy was great, especially given the pandemic. He came fully protected with masks etc, even wearing shoe coverings which he replaced when re-entering the house. He replaced the faucet the same day and left the kitchen spotless, unlike other plumbers I’ve had. I was extremely happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Needed stove disconnected and a couple of days later reconnected, we were putting down new flooring. Petri plumbing responded immediately set up dates professional, courteous and knowledgeable personnel. Thank you very much
