Will and Jean came on time, communicated clearly and identified the problem with the leak coming from the toilet. The valve was replaced with no issues. I've used Petri Plumbing before and will do so if I need to in the future.

🤑🤑🤑🤑Pricey $$$$, without a doubt. Not sure if their sending out master plumbers; however, it is critical you get at least five quotes before deciding on who gets the job. Petri has an specific pricing structure that does not allow for any wriggle room. 😩😢😩 Call for major jobs only! Don't call Peri for a handy man specials or you'll pay through the nose. Reps will push their annual package for your return business.

William and Aron did a superb job at our home. Our sewage pipe cracked and when they came, they were professional in all ways. Firstly, they were efficient with time. Secondly, they cleaned up everything. The debris from the pipe, the wall was hosed down after the installation, the garbage can they used was hosed down and washed and even the sidewalk where debris from the drop cloth came off was swept and hosed down. Our pipe is working extremely well! William even educated me on some of the pipes in the basement. Thank you, Petri Plumbing, for having two great professional plumbers and plumber apprentice like William and Aron!

Luke was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the problem and steps involved in repairing it. His work and demeanor were professional, and cleaned everything up when he was done.

Will is the man. He did a great job and was a really positive person.

The Job: we discovered we had a fully clogged main sewer line that was emptying all water waste into our cellar - toilets, showers, sinks, etc. Petri dispatched Will to our place fully prepared to fix it. Once he started, he made quick work of it - less than an hour in and out.

Petri isn't the cheapest option, but as with most things you get what you pay for.

Plumber came out to give an estimate on an under the kitchen sink washer install. Plumber said sorry we don't do this type of work. Yet I was still charged $96.90. This is unfair. If someone would have asked the right questions beforehand they wouldn't need to waste their time or my money. DISAPPOINTED. The least that could have been done was to waive the fee.

Our technician was fantastic and a complete professional. However, Petri's prices are highway robbery. $560+ to replace a toilet hose and pump ($40 worth of materials) - it took less than an hour. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Always friendly and professional. Have used them several times and will be back next time I have relevant work to be done.
