Exceptionally over priced. They are sales people before anything else. Tried to sell me on an annual subscription to their services to get discounts even before quoting me on the job. Job was a simple issue with a leaking shower drain with fully exposed access. Told me he would likely need to replace all the pipes from the P trap to the drain and then quoted me over $800 for what he indicated was a one to two hour job. Less than $50 in parts put the labor cost at over $750 dollars. When I pointed this out to the journeyman "salesman", he indicated they don't go based on an hourly rate, they get paid per job. I again pointed out that put his hourly rate to do this job at north of $375. He then asked me what I thought I should be paying and dropped the price two times down to ~$470. He gave me the car salesman pitch about how he was probably going to get in trouble for dropping the cost so much and when I told him I still wasn't interested, he told me that if I let him leave, the price leaves with him and I wont be able to get the services at that rate again. I told him that was fine, walked him out, I paid the $89.99 dispatch fee and told him I wasn't interested. I found a local master plumber who came to the house the following day and indicated there were no issues with the pipes at all and the only issue was the drain needed a new seal. What the Heritage "salesman" did is nothing short of predatory behavior, which I believe is designed to prey on unsuspecting people into buying services they don't need. I would not recommend this company to anyone who asks me.

My experience with Heritage was great from my AM emergency call to Rachel to Jason coming to advise and make temporary repairs to our 30yr old furnace. Jason was so patient and took the time to explain, in depth, our system and gave us several options for temporary repair, which he did at 7pm on a Sat night. Facing a huge replacement cost, he was never in a rush. Answered all my questions and questions I didn't know to ask. Heritage is lucky to have a representative like Jason G.

Noah showed up quickly and knew what he was doing. He came back the next day and installed our new water tank. I am very appreciative of how well mannered and knowledgeable he was. He put us at ease during a crazy stressful time.

Heritage Home service sent David M. who performed maintenance on my House Generator, David was professional and friendly.
Explained clearly what he was going to do. Very satisfied with the service call. Heritage will be back next week to service my A/C unit. Will defiantly will be referring to friends and family.

Jason was an excellent representative of your company. He was here to investigate the cause of a water stain on my kitchen ceiling, presumably emanating from the upstairs bathroom. There was no way to discover the leak without cutting a hole in my kitchen ceiling so that he could insert a camera to visualize the source of the leak. Surprisingly, when he reached up and felt the pipes, everything was bone dry. He ran the water in the bathroom sink, the toilet and the shower separately, but could not reproduce the leak. He told us to use the bathroom as usual and place paper towels down in order for us to see if any water leaked and that he would get in touch with us via email in a month. We were to call immediately if we noticed any further leaking. Each step was fully explained to us. Jason was great. He was respectful, polite, and friendly. You should reward this employee. Tim was our Heritage Technician and I strongly suggest that anyone considering using Heritage in the Manchester NH area for HVAC services request him by name. Tim was friendly, a great communicator, and confident in his work in a way that seasoned professionals with years of experience are. He took the time to go over my concerns and questions, and he answered technical questions related to our boilers user settings that others could not. Most importantly, he fixed the problem on his first visit; having the necessary replacement components in his vehicle! Three cheers for Tim I hope his leadership supports his success and values his commitment to their business!

They found a leak in the coolant line, and they are going to fix everything for free because it is still under warranty. The thec was very professional and I was very happy with everything he did.

Jason replaced our whole house filter. Was there on time and provided excellent explanation. He went above and beyond and asked if we wanted the filter in a more convenient location. Excellent work.

Have used Heritage twice so far and although they are on the same pensive side, both times the technicians were professional and knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. Ken came over to help fix a leaky toilet and Jason came for a boiler repair and both were very easy to work with and transparent. Easy and pain free to schedule too which is huge. Would recommend
