We needed a plumber for an issue with our outdoor faucet, which I could not repair myself. Matt and Mike came over and took care of the problem and were fantastic! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. We have a finished basement and I had tried to find the area where the outdoor faucet was located and was close but the guys figured it out! Once they did they showed me where it was so I knew if future issues arose. They explained and showed me everything. They were friendly and personable. Great experience and would use this company again without hesitation. Thanks Mike and Matt!

Michael came our home to assess our options for the installation of an A/C system. Working with the house plan that I provided him we did a walkthrough of the house and discussed the layout and what a new system would entail. He spoke knowledgeably on the subject. Ultimately my wife and I concluded that a ductless system is the least desirable solution as we are short of useable wall space. For the placement of the necessary equipment. Ducted systems are apparently not a Heritage specialty.

Erik was very professional and knowledgeable. He will be back to finish the work once the parts are in but we were very impressed. We also got seen a week earlier than scheduled which was wonderful.
The plumber Ken was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained our issues very well and was easy to understand. He was here to do an inspection of our water issues today. He gave us tips on what to do for maintenance as well. We were very impressed.

Bob was professional and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He assessed my boiler and came up with different options to remedy the issues. I would highly recommend.

Heritage did a great job… I called for emergency service as one of our sump pumps failed. Daniel arrived when promised and got everything under control quickly. Very professional and very detailed in his work. Great job and I am very satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

Jason was AMAZING! I used a different service prior to calling Heritage and they did less in two weeks than Jason and his team was able to do in 6 hours! Super professional and got the job done accurately and quickly! I highly recommend them and will use them in the future! They replaced ALL my plumbing in one afternoon! Unbelievable!

Joe came to perform a yearly PM on my propane heating system. He called within the scheduled time and to confirm his arrival time and was very pleasant! He helped me understand my heating system operation and pointed out some of the failing, or life limited components that I could replace, but did not pressure me to do so. Joe was very honest, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! I will 100% be using Heritage in the future and requesting service from Joe!

Good service provided by technician George when he came to clean my oil tanks filters and did maintenance work. Briefed me about the equipment as well. Very helpful!

Our service technician showed up on time. He called 30 minutes before he arrived to let us know when he would be here. He was very polite and professional. He kept us abreast of what he was doing and how he was fixing our heating system. I have a service contract with Heritage and it is worth every penny. This is the second time we have used Heritage and our first experience was as good as this one. Very good and professional.
