Nicholas arrived on time and had everything needed in the truck.. He did a complete installation of a new toilet in less than hour. Great job. Very pleased with everything and great quality product.

Technican Tim was knowledgeable, courteous, fair, and did excellent work. Heritage backed up the warranty coverage on a hot water heater they installed without any questions. Heritage costs are too high in my opinion but I would not question the quality of their knowledge or workmanship.

We were very grateful that Heritage was able to come right away in two different plumbing/sewer emergency situations. I’d recommend Nick Silva highly, for the quality of his work and the time to talk us through exactly what was happening and what work needed to be done, now and later.

Bobby Loan and gang did a bang up job with my water heater in my garbage dump of a basement. Super thorough, and informative. Would recommend him to anyone that needed anything done or explained to them. Atta boy, fellas

Had a water leak over the weekend which damaged a basement ceiling, scheduled on line, Tech arrived Monday on time. Tech Ken H. quickly located the problem and fixed it. Very professional and very happy with the service. Ken was great and price was reasonable for this type of call out. Well worth it, will use Heritage again.

Jen Keyser did an amazing job. She explained everything that she was doing and what future repairs were going to be needed. Offered plenty of options and was not pushy. She replaced an expansion tank that needed immediate attention. She was very thorough with the annual maintenance and you could tell she's very knowledgeable. She deserves 10 stars (and a raise!).

Always been pleased with Heritage. Roger was skilled, professional, and friendly. Very easy to deal with and explained what he found very well.

Please read their reply to me bellow. I already reached out to them and they want me to again. It must be their generic reply or they didn"t take the time to read my review. I guess they rely on their marketing.

I saw the commercials and they looked like a great company to d and work with. I wanted a mini split and a few head units. Called and got an appointment. Guy came out and had to use the restroom first thing. Showed him what I was thinking and looking for. It could not be done that way due to limited space. He tells me the best way to go about it. All sounds good. Then he plans how to route the lines to the upstairs. The unit will be out back. He wants to route the lines to the front of the house and then up. That did not make sense to me so I questioned him on it. Low and behold it can go up the back. He works up a price. I was looking for zero interest and told them that from the start. Seems he could not get a good wifi signal so he asked to use my wifi. I told him twice I was not OK with that. He insisted and I gave in. Then tells me it will be $2000.00 more for zero percent financing. It was clear to me they were not the company to go with so I showed him out. I called to speak to a manager, told my short story to the gal answering the phone. She said she would have someone call me back. They did several days later. He dismissed most of my concerns. So I feel fortunate I did not go with them. If I had a problem again I would be waiting till they feel like getting back to you.

My second estimate is thousands less and the same equipment. Don't buy into their slick marketing campaign. They are not as they appear.
