We had an excellent experience with this company! Zak went above and beyond to write up quotes and discuss details with insurance etc. Jack and the team were very friendly, knowledgeable and explained all the details during installation of the heat pump and mini splits. We are so happy!

Installation was done promptly and efficiently. Everyone there is a pleasure to work with - professional, courteous and friendly. Their work is impeccable and they are extremely conscientious - even cleaning up the entire work area when done. I highly recommend GSMS!

Jack did one of the most thorough jobs of inspecting and cleaning my furnace and AC system. He also recommended a few minor preventative maintenance items to make sure it keeps going for a long time.

The crew did an excellent job installing mini splits throughout my home. They were on time every day and exhibited excellent communication. Their work was very professional and organized. Their cleanliness was suburb, including wearing shoe covers, vacuuming all drywall dust from drilling, and cleaning their work areas each night. The install was completed early and was beautifully done. A+++

His helper a much older gentlemen that looks like he’s ready to retire worked well with Jack.I would highly recommend GSMS for any Plumbing or HVAC needs. I have used these guys for installing multiple ductless mini split units and now a hybrid hot water heater. The service is top notch. Everyone that has come to my house really knows their stuff, do impeccable work, clean everything up after the job, and stand behind their work. Honestly for me anyone can come in and install things or maintain equipment but what it comes down to for me is responsiveness and standing behind your work. Zak is only a text away for setting up any kind of appointment. Then even if things go wrong they always do the right thing. After one year my ductless unit had a leak. The responsiveness and the way they went about repairing it was incredible. They never left me without a working unit while they tried to find the leak. Finally after multiple visits they replaced EVERYTHING. Yes that's right. Everything. Every foot of cooper, every head unit, all replaced. It didn't cost me one penny. Everything I have read about mini split systems has come down to this. They are all basically the same technology. Some have a few new features here and there but they are all basically the same. The most important thing is who you choose to hire to install them and will they stand behind their work. Will they know what to do when something goes wrong and will they do the right thing. I think you have your answer.

Jack did a great job explaining what he’d be checking and he asked detailed questions to understand any potential issues and what PM I was currently doing on the system. These guys are ne plus ultra. They have done our central heat and air conditioner and a mini split heat /AC in our basement. Our central system has gone 16 years with no service required other than filter changes and compressor cleanings!!! The mini split installation was done just as professionally as the central system. Thank you Mark, Jack and Zak!!!

Yearly service on furnace and eliminated rattle on AC plate cover. Very pleasant and helpful to us. We are long time customers and appreciate GSMS service.
