This is a top notch company! At my request, they completely replaced my HVAC system and water heater. From the first phone call I knew I was in good hands. After visiting with me to understand what my needs/wants were, they supplied a free estimate with several options. They throughly answered all of my questions, making sure I understood my options, with no pressure. Each employee was courteous and professional. They arrived on time, efficiently completed the work, and left my house clean & tidy. I highly recommend this company!

Had new 15K Fujitsu XLTH mini-split Heat Pump installed by Adam & Ryan on 8/30/19 who did a great job. Thorough work and did good clean up. Finished installation quite quickly and expertly. Proper installation is key with these systems. System runs well so far ( 1 days experience) for cooling. Heating will be tested in a few weeks I expect. Definitely would recommend Granite State Mechanical Services. Zak good to work with.

I was on the Fujitsu website looking for information and companies who install the unit. Fujitsu recommended Granite State Mechanical Services as they are an Elite contractor. I requested an online quote and Zak Downing got back to me right away.
Zak showed up and he was very accommodating with the unit I was looking for and the schedule of the project.
Adam and Ryan installed the Fujitsu mini-split in three days and they completely eased away my worries about the install. No mess, no fuss, no complications. These guys are the best- and just what they say they are : specialists at customer service. It was a true pleasure to work with them. Their words & actions communicate a constant consideration of the customer. The workmanship was EXCELLENT, efficient and clean. They’re very good at what they do; I felt confident in their expertise-which is a delight for a homeowner. I was always fully informed throughout the job. Both the time estimate and price estimate to complete the job were right on. They presented options perfectly suited to our conversations-which indicates they really listen and strive to meet the needs and concerns of the customer. They even went the extra mile to be sure that I not only had what I needed, but what would provide me the greatest advantage-as if it were for themselves or a family member. Any paperwork or documents I requested were in my hands within a short time-sometimes within minutes. My warranty forms were even pre-filled (hand-written) with the serial numbers and most of the needed information. Their emergency, on-call service (which I have used once) was no less impressive-on a weekend! They seem to have a good team working for them. Personally, they are kind, friendly and continually thoughtful of their surroundings. I most gladly refer them to anyone.

One of, if not the best contracting services we've ever dealt with. Mark, Zak, and Adam installed our new boiler. They are exceptionally professional, meticulous in their work, and extremely courteous. The work looks absolutely great. The contract price was more than reasonable and came in exactly as quoted. Even when there was a problem with one of the parts because of a manufacturing defect, GSMS put in the extra time and effort to work through the issues, get the new part, and insure that everything worked perfectly. They work to do everything right the first time. I wouldn't go with anyone else for my heating, plumbing, and cooling needs.

This company is so awesome, my Husband and I just bought our condo, we are new to New Hampshire, I noticed the company sticker on our furnace and called them to schedule a maintenance check on our heating/cooling system. I was happy to find out that they installed the system. The tech Jack showed up on time, wearing a mask, which I appreciated so much because I am a senior citizen. Jack put on booties when he entered our house and then proceeded to answer all of my questions about our system, he instructed me on how to program the the thermostat. He checked out our system and cleaned out our outside unit thoroughly. Jack answered all my silly questions with a smile. Thank you GSMS

I hired Zak to replace the inner workings of my 18 year old toilets. He gave me detailed options for making the updates including what it would cost to replace the entire toilets. Zak was a great communicator, arrived early and finished quickly. I'd hire him again.

Zak quoted and Adam and a team installed a Rinnai tankless hotwater heater. The installation is very professional looking and through. Price was best of three quotes I obtained. We will definitely use Granite State Mechanical again. UPDATE: A few days after install, unit went off line and we had no AM hot water. Unit was flashing a '12' code and beeping. I called GSMS and they were on site within 2 hours. They diagnosed and turns out it was due to a low-pressure situation with the gas company meter itself They stayed onsite with my wife until the gas company came to replace the meter and rechecked everything afterwards to ensure proper operation. Very impressed with the service!

Friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable, service. They came to replace a component on our heating system and since it was the beginning of summer, they took the time to inspection and maintenance on the AC unit. Very thorough and they care about keeping their customers happy with working mechanicals.

GSMS is the most responsive contractor I've had to-date. Their work is top quality and precise. I've had numerous projects with GSMS over the last 2 years that were more involved and handled on a time & material basis. They stayed with the job until it was completed and I was completely satisfied! A nice way to do business!
