Sampson took out my furnace and refused to put in a new one until i paid him in full. A company is not a company if they want full payment before the job is complete. Woman beware do not deal with sampson directly. Out of Sampson mouth (woman do what I say). I hired another company because he walked off the job in mid September while i had a new born living with me. He left me with no heat. I ended up paying twice. He was a headache . He is a lier.

I don't know what happened to this company but stay away!
In the last two months, I've had two service calls and all they did was make my problems worse. After a 4/5 hour service call for a problem with my humidifier, I was told by Samson the problem was fixed. If that's so, why does my furnace have standing water in the air truck and control cabinet not to mention all over my floor? I've been dealing with Samson for over twenty years and always had great service but now, he can't even fix a thermostat. I guess this is what happens when you hire techs that don't have a clue ( Jeff and now Samson). Do yourself a favor and call someone else!

I can't speak to their services, but one of their trucks cut in front of my car across three lanes with NO TURN SIGNAL and almost hit me!! Please ensure your driver's have basic motor skills.

Samson Duclair HVAC guys did an excellent job at one of my rental properties in Somersworth. I will be happy to recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done. They can beat anyone's price :)
