Heritage Home Service

We had three split mini units installed in our house by Heritage. The communication, service, and installation process were all excellent. I am thrilled with the result and the service.

Same day visit for quote during weekend. Replaced full system within 72 hours. Josh Bairos explained everything every step of the way. No hidden surprises or pricing. Job came on budget / estimate. I’m looking forward to switching out of my current electrician and HVAC service providers and replace fully with Heritage.

Evan and Sal were a pleasure to work with. They did a toilet and shut-off valve replacement in a tight bathroom space very efficiently and enthusiastically. Plus, they included some valuable extra improvements. They went above and beyond!

Very positive experience with Evan. Was able to arrive at the earliest point in the given timeframe of arrival, very friendly and knowledgeable. Was a very quick and clean job, easy to chat with and professional. Sink leak has been completely repaired, much appreciated!

Patrick Taylor came out today to give me an estimate for a 220 V dryer install With some major improvements in the electrical system. he was thorough, excellent and gave a very good estimate. I have one more contractor coming out But at this point I would choose heritage

I recently had electrical work done through Heritage and I am very happy with the results. Matt B did the estimate as well as led the actual work. He was very professional throughout the process and explained everything in detail along the way. The work was high quality and I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to get electrical work done.

I would like to take this opportunity to let Heritage Home Service how pleased I was with the performance of your service technician Matt Broadway during the storm and extreme weather conditions of last Friday 02/24. In spite of the conditions Matt completed the repairs to my electric service in a timely manner. I met with Matt on completion of the work and was impressed professional manner. I would definitely use Heritage again.

I wasn’t sure if I had a leak in my sink, or if something was blocking it; when Josh came, he immediately fixed the problem! It was a simple as the pump needed to be reset. He was incredibly sweet to my mom, and was very, very professional. We’ve always loved dealing with Heritage!!

Daniel came to install a dishwasher after an issue with the previous unit. He arrived on time, showed extreme care and consideration with regard to my home and spent some time learning of the issues with the previous dishwasher to ensure he looked out for any issues before hand. There were some unexpected issues due to the style of the new dishwasher, but he was able to make sure everything fit perfectly and did not leave until he was sure everything was in working order.

Additionally, Daniel had an apprentice with him, and he made sure that he was teaching the correct way to do things, including how to start a job off on the right foot and the clean up afterward.

Greatly appreciated, Daniel’s time and expertise.

Just had a couple valves and faucets put in today. Adam was great! He did a fantastic job, very professional service. I highly recommend Hetitage Home Services.
