Service Tech Ken Hilton and his apprentice Mike arrived on time, prepared several estimates for the intended work, and started immediately after I approved the estimate. These techs were very friendly and worked well with other. I spent some time observing their work and was impressed by their clear knowledge of the work and their safety consciousness for each other and for me. A number of new parts and materials were needed and they had everything available on their trucks. They cleaned the work area so well you couldn't tell they were in my house, except of course for the shiny new water heater. They did a final walk through with me, explaining what they had done and how the system operated. Would highly recommend them for future projects.

I have two split mini units in my home that were installed by Heritage-Today I had my annual Maintenance- Mike arrived in designated time frame - I found him Very knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions I had on units- very professional staff. Todd came by to help us with a new electric panel, some rods, and a outlet in preparation for our new water heater.

Heritage was able to schedule an estimate the day after we called. Joe Tucker, our technician, was friendly and professional and prepared an estimate quickly. He explained all the steps involved and was able to get us a repair appointment for the following week. We had a delay in one repair after we found asbestos in a pipe chase. Joe and Heritage were flexible and worked with us to reschedule once the asbestos was removed by an environmental services contractor. Our job was finished the day after the asbestos removal. Excellent work!

Matt Smith and his partner Matt arrived on time with a call 20 minutes prior to arrival. Extremely respectful of our home. Thorough inspection of the work we had desired to complete. The quote was detailed and easily understood. Pricing was reasonable with some benefits offered to pare down cost. The workmanship exceptional. We will be using Heritage for all future plumbing & heating needs at our home!

I Jimmy was amazing and his apprentice Joe we’re extremely nice and took out my old furnace and replaced it with a new furnace and made sure everything was working properly before they left and they cleaned up after themselves and cleaned up the area where the furnace went. Very happy with their work.

Ryan arrived early, scoped out the issue and explained the service charge and what he could do right then. We approved and he proceeded to make the necessary repair. When completed he showed us what he did to make the repair by using pictures he took. Ryan explained the charges for the repair. He also took a few minutes to talk about our aging water heater, recommended we contact his office on Monday and to be sure we mention that we were members of the Home Advantage Service.

I had some parts replaced on my heating system. Timothy showed up on time calling first. He had all the parts with him and replaced them. He checked the system making sure that it was running properly with no leaks. It was done in no time! He left my home neat and clean. I am very happy with the service.
