Heritage Home Service

Heritage (Noah in particular) provided excellent service above & beyond to get an installation to work as intended. I would highly recommend Heritage to anyone based on my experience with Noah & this installation! They stand behind their word and put the customer first.

Haven’t had any work done yet, but during the on site consultation/inspection, Mr. Ricker was very knowledgeable and willing to hand over hand the plumbing for my water heater to tell me what all each valve lines up/how it can be more efficient / how I can save money. Straight forward and honest. Look forward to my installation/swap.

Derek did a great job for us! He went above and beyond. Not only did he clean the drain, but he diagnosed the problem and was able to rehang our pipes so that they drained better, hopefully avoiding the problem in the future. And he rolled it into the price of the drain cleaning. Fantastic service. Would recommend.

I was delighted that Aaron could come earlier than our appointed time. He was punctual and very professional. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and explained it clearly to me. We need some other electrical work done around our house and we will call Heritage and ask for Aaron.

Came to look at shower handle. Needed parts. Service TBD.
Update- fixed my problem even w some bumps on the way there!!

Great job. Everything seems to be working. Seems like it’s just in time since it’s forecast to be in the 80s Friday and Saturday. Chris Raymond (electrician) was very helpful and even returned later in the day to answer some questions that I had forgotten to ask. I would definitely use Chris for electrical jobs in the future. Ryan went above and beyond explaining the problem and educating me on my heating system. The took great care to ensure I understood. He makes me feel confident that he and Heritage looking out for my interests. He was very professional yet also friendly.

Paul Jamilkowski was extremely professional and courteous. He took the time to ensure he thoroughly explained what issues we had and how they occurred. Additionally, he went above and beyond by recognizing my water heater issues when that was not part of his scope of work. I will absolutely be using them for all my maintenance needs.

Heritage was super responsive to my phone call. My furnace just "stopped" and with the artic cold coming our way in the days to follow they were able to have someone, Derek, come out to figure out the problem. Derek came as promised, super nice person! Very communicative and respectful. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem - I am super appreciative of folks who have the skills to do what he did. THANK YOU AGAIN!

I was impressed and grateful for how quickly the problem was diagnosed and repaired. Our technician was extremely helpful. He explained the work to me thoroughly. He was very respectful of our home . I hope if we have any future concerns we could have the same technician return as he was very knowledgeable about our system and easy to work with.
