They canceled 1st appointment two days before they were supposed to come out. (Nov) Was told they now could now couldn’t come out till March!?!? March comes I have to call again now I m told I’m not in the system. They set up a new appointment was set up For maintenance on my heating system. Tech comes out he’s nice / professional. But never told me what the maintenance entails just what was wrong with my system. Then proceeded to remove my flame sensor to show me it need to be replaced .. gets one off his truck to show me the difference… I ask how much for the new part. They tell me over $300 to install it!?!! So basically he took my old one out to show me next to a new one and put the old one back for no charge??? It’s a $9 part on amazon. Why not just charge me for the part you took out instead of putting the old pack ??? You’re doing all the work anyway the only difference is the same part you took out to show me?!?! They do great work but are very very expensive. Also I originally opted not to do the survey but have now received multiple texts since my appt asking me to take it

We needed help with the water heater control and Steve took care of it, explained hybrid and standard tanks and left us a quote. Good work, thanks much!

The technician Nicolas Olson is a true professional, he arrived on time and listened very intently and answered my question. At the end of the service call he explained the service and everything he did. He showed a genuine interest in his work. Great job and great Technician (Jason Olson)

Routine annual heating system maintenance performed. Called with an ETA about 40 mins prior to arriving & arrived within the first hour of the 3 hour scheduled arrival window. Completed the job independently while I worked from home. Super respectful and great communication. Fair pricing, didn’t push for any additional work or purchases. System has been running perfectly.

Ken was great . I wrote a glowing review of Ken his assistant Rick and Heritage.
Unfortunately it's disappeared into the ether.
I did like their work and pleasant contact.
I'm in process of scheduling a more permanent solution soon. I'm expecting Ken and Rick to do the work.
I would recommend both highly.
Addendum : permanent fix this date 3/1/23.
Electrician Johnathan Comer was assigned to add cfi outlet for heat tape.
Johnathon came later to the party today.
He was pleasant , professional. Explained what he needed to do and warned when power was off/on. He performed his work neatly and tidily and most importantly , quickly.

Aaron and Nick of Heritage provided an outstanding service for me. Showed up at time promised with a courtesy call prior to arrival. Competent troubleshooting techniques applied and quickly resolved my issues. Reasonable rates. Thank you very much!!

We decided to use Heritage after a bad experience with another company and would definitely recommendthem to anyone. Derek was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very thorough and made sure I understood what was happening while he was working on our HVAC system. He spent a long time making sure everything he could get done was done. He was willing to help and make sure it was running smoothly before leaving. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We hired Heritage to do multiple electrical projects for us. They were on time, professional, and did quality work. Adam was very friendly, too. Would hire again!

Heritage got the job done quickly, professionally, and next day after calling. I reached out to a bunch of other plumbers in town and nobody had availabilities but Heritage was able to squeak me in for a burst pipe repair next day. The original quote was high but overall I am happy with the work performed. Ultimately they were able to reduce the total cost since they were able to fix the issue without cutting any walls!

I will definitely put Heritage on the top of my list for any future plumbing needs. Plus I was talking with the guys and found they also have full scale service group including electrical and HVAC. One stop shop, gotta love it!
