I recently needed service to fix my AC, it was very hot out and was almost 90 degrees in my house. Heritage was able to get someone to my house in less than 24hrs. Joe T. called ahead and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and knowledgeable explaining exactly what the problem was and how much repair costs would be prior to doing any work. He got the system working within a few hours and even called us back later that afternoon within minutes to answer a follow-up question. Overall great experience with this company!

Bob did an excellent job servicing both my heating and air conditioning
Systems. Bob was professional, knowledgeable and thoroughly reviewed his recommendations with me. He took his time carefully checking out both systems. I appreciated his honesty. I was impressed and very happy with his service.

Mike D. serviced our home today for an A/C issue. He was courteous enough to call us on his way to our home, and arrived promptly at the time the service was scheduled for. He was very thorough with explanations of what was required to fix the issue, and left nothing unchecked.

The service was outstanding, we went from hot and sweaty to chilling in the A/C thanks to Mike!

Very professional, He called when he was about 20 minutes out, upon arrival he made sure he covered his feet and quickly addressed the issue and proceeded to work! Jason was very courteous and very professional and kept his work area very clean! He completed the job in a very timely manner, He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Jason was absolutely fantastic I would have him back anytime I need help with any repairs I may have , highly recommended! Michael Callahan and his assistant were very courteous and professional. Informative in explaining the work to be done and providing potential alternatives. They represented Heritage in a manner to do them proud in both their excellent work and polite manner.

I had both plumbing and electrical repairs/replacements needed in the home we recently purchased. Heritage sent me the best technicians for both - Jason for plumbing and Chris and Justin for electrical. There was A LOT of work that needed to be done and they not only completed everything and corrected several major problems but went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. They were even patient enough to answer all my curious son’s questions. They will have my returning business and I hope this helps anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable home repair service company.

Jason came to our home to replace a hose line today. He arrived right on time after a courtesy call. He assessed all of our concerns and very clearly explained everything that he would do to fix the issues. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He fixed the issue very quickly and answered any questions my wife had. 10/10 for Jason!!

People say that first impressions mean everything’; well, this was our first interaction with Heritage Plumbing & Heating and Bernie was an excellent first impression! He took the time to listen to the issues we’ve been experiencing with our heating system, and learn what recent maintenance has been performed in order to understand and best advise on next course of action. Bernie was very informative throughout the whole process and made sure we were comfortable with his recommendations for further repair/service before he left. Though we only met him today, and interacted for a short time, I think Heritage has an excellent representative out there for the company with Bernie on the team!
