Heritage Home Service

We have used Heritage to replace our oil heat system with propane and are very pleased with the service. Todays visit included flushing out some cleaning solution that had been added when the new system was installed. On the way out the tech asked if there were any questions and I took the opportunity to ask how to program the thermostat, since I hadn’t been able to do that myself. He spent 10 minutes showing me in detail how to do it and now it is done the way we wanted. Great job!

Aaron and Nate were very personable and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and lead me down the most efficient path to get the most for my money. We will definitely be using their services in the future for more than just our cooling needs.

Heritage was very professional. They were on time, very knowledgeable, kept me informed during the installation and cleaned up after the job was done. Best of all they scheduled the inspection with our town building inspector. I highly recommend Heritage for your home heating needs.

Richard Morel serviced our a/c unit and we are very pleased with his work. He was pleasant, professional and very efficient. He called prior to his arrival and came prepared to even replace our old filter (we unfortunately had the wrong size filter). He was very courteous and, as with all other Heritage employees, very well trained.

Marcus made it look easy! Maybe for him it was but it was a lifesaver for me. I should have called sooner.

He came in professional manner. He was prepared wearing booties (n mask that wasn t necessary ) I appreciated that. Broke down what the estimated cost would be prior to work. It was acceptable. He went to work n it was a very simple fix. I did have another problem i had in the past time. He tried finding the work order summary but no summary was done. I didn t request it to be done today but will need looked further for a solutuion. I appreciated the professional and friendly manner and willingness to locate my kitchen sink .

George did an excellent job. We moved out of state for several years, and when we came back we didn’t hesitate to reach back out to Heritage. This recent visit by George was exemplary of our experience with Heritage. He was friendly and helpful, and I was very happy with the service he provided.

Jen was incredibly professional and she was a very pleasant person to speak with. This was the second time she checked and serviced my HVAC for annual maintenance and I will be pleased to have her address any future issues. I’m happy to say you folk are my “go to” professionals. Thank you!

Mike Dinsmore came by today and did an excellent job on our yearly servicing. We bought the house in October and are still learning about the heating system. Mike was very helpful explaining what he was checking, what he was replacing, and the overall ins and outs of the system. I had a lot of questions to try to get up to speed on the system and he answered all of them in a helpful and understandable manner. A very helpful technician and a very nice person. We are grateful for all of his help today!
