These guys did such a great job. We could not have been happier with the value and level of service they provided. Very polite, friendly and efficient. Truly outstanding customer service! We truly appreciated them. Ben, Jacob and Tom were amazing!

The service was excellent. Chris was earlier than the quoted time but called ahead to make sure that was acceptable. My water heater was broken and needed replacement and he assessed the situation quickly. The price was clearly communicated. Originally the work was going to need to happen the next day, but Chris worked with his office to expedite the work to be completed before he left my house. While he waited for more personnel to arrive with the required parts, he prepared everything that he could. All the while he gave updates to the progress. When the parts arrived, the crew made fast work of the installation.
I am extremely satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

We used them a second time now for HVAC service and they, again, were fantastic. They originally came on a Saturday to look at the problem. They ordered the parts and were flexible with the scheduling. Everything was completed and the system is now operational.

Very good service from Nick Silva. Looking forward to working with him again. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. We were very pleased with our visit. So pleased that we are going to ask him back for the installation of our new toilet. Very professional ecperience.

Noah came to the house for a toilet repair. The water would not shut off. He identified the problem and explained it clearly. We spoke of all my options with pros and cons of each. I expressed what my goals were. Once I made my decision, he made sure I understood what the process would include and what it would not include. The work was done with precision and efficiently.
I've used Heritage for 20+ years and have never been disappointed.

The technician, Jason Benoit, was professional, informative and stayed late to make sure everything with our new water heater was functioning properly. I was grateful the replacement was able to be installed the same day.

We called because our basement was beginning to flood any time we ran the water. Noah was here sooner than quoted. He was friendly and professional. He was able to work around my dogs and children to accomplish the work. He was also able to provide maintenance advice that we will certainly be using. We will use Heritage again for our other home repairs.

We had numerous plumbing issues, and Ryan O’Connor came out, and was fantastic. So very thorough with his communication and educating us on the issues. I used to think that genuine customer service was dead…but Ryan has proved me wrong - it’s alive and well! Thanks.

Heritage is a great company, I can’t recommend them enough! I was fortunate to have Bernie sent to my home for an issue regarding my boiler. He provided exceptional service and I will absolutely be utilizing Heritage in the future!

David was great. Service was needed and expeditiously done. Though his manner was assuring I’m sure plumbers felt the pressure from a pipe bursting weekend. All was explained well. Recommendations for maintenance and future needs were made. He was a good listener. Again great work.
