Heritage Home Service

I had water leaking from what I thought was my water tank. I called Heritage and they were able to come out the same day to replace my pressure valve and stop the leaking! Matt was excellent he knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it quickly!! I can't say enough good things about Heritage Home service! I will definitely use them again if needed. I highly recommend them for any service needed at your home!!

Todd B did a great job with electrical repairs and changing some light fixtures in my home. He was very thorough, did great work, answered any questions I had and the end result was better than I pictured in my mind.

Was fortunate enough to have the same representative, Nicholas Silva, come to our home twice to assist in several plumbing issues. He was very informative during every step of the process and very professional.

Heritage did a great job as usual. The main office kept me informed as to the technicians schedule with updated ETA’s. Derek, the technician called when he was on his way. Derek was awesome. He was very pleasant and was concerned about his work not impacting our routines as we work from home. He got the maintenance done quickly and we hardly knew he was there. Fantastic job!

Chris Raymond and crew did an amazing job today installing our new generator. Chris called before hand to let me know when he would be at the house. Asked where they should park. When they arrived he introduced himself. Went over where the generator was going to be installed. They were very careful of all of my plants that are starting to come up. The worksite was cleaned up as if they had never been here. Before they left they had my husband and I come out to check on their work and explain the generator. Thank you 😊

Mike Dinsmore serviced our natural gas furnace system today. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout his visit. Mike is another fine example of the Heritage team and is welcome in our home anytime.

Will was great. He very knowledgeable and reviewed the work area thoroughly. He trouble shooterd our problem quickly and found other leaks we were not aware of. A little bit on the high side but well worth it.

Bob and Kyle were here all day connecting our septic and installing a DAB booster system. They did excellent work, cleaned up, explained everything, and were extremely nice and professional. We had two other companies here today performing various jobs and the Heritage team was by far the most professional! Thank you!

I have used Heritage before. Was pleased then and chose them again. I had 3 sinks I wanted looked at for previous poor installation. Daniel P. was my plummer. He was professional and very polite. He listened to all concerns and questions. He provided excellent answers and solutions!!! He felt only one sink needed his attention. He did not take advantage!!! He did a Great Job!!!!
I have signed up for their customer plan. I have a few other projects needing service and WILL be using Heritage for these. I highly recommend them!!!

My job was attended by Paul Jamilkowski and he is just awesome. We had an issue with HVAC drain pipe and he took care of it very professionally. I would highly recommend Paul. Cheers…
