This is some of the best customer service I have received in years! Andre and Larry were awesome. They were respectful and polite. They did exactly what they promised and for a great price. I am very impressed with both of them and will be using this company in the future!

I called ACE Heating and Cooling at 8am Saturday morning he was at my house by 9:30 am. And this was after I called 4 other companies. My AC unit is fixed and working again. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous most of all Affordable compared to other professionals in the area. He explained everything regarding options to repair and cost. Highly recommended.

This company was dispatched thru home warranty company because leak from hot water tank and they determined the leak the leak was from the tank. Home warranty co said tank not covered. This co was very professional and courteous but we had to use another for budget reasons only. We would have used Ace if we could have done so.

While speaking with my mom yesterday she informed me that her a/c was not cooling properly. With the temperatures in the 100s I knew we couldn't hesitant to get it fixed. I called Andre at ACE Heating and Cooling and he was at my mom's house within 2 hours. Upon arriving he properly introduced himself and handed me his business card. He proceed to inspect the unit and quickly diagnosed the problem. He thoroughly discussed the cost and upon our consent had us back up and running within an hour after arriving. I will be recommending ACE to all my friends and relatives.

Being in a commercial establishment, it's all about the bottom line. My unit had went on the blink, and was costing me between $1,100 to $1,800 per month. I had three different heating and cooling repair men come out to take a look at my unit, and diagnose the problem that was causing me to have an outrageous bill every month. None of them found a problem, other than it being an older model unit that was not quite efficient. After contacting Ace Heating and Cooling Services, they were able to determine the problem, not only to my unit's main circuit board, but also to a faulty wiring. I highly recommend this company not only for the quality of their work, but for the time that was put into making sure the unit was operating at its maximum efficiency.
