Matt was very professional. He walked up, introduced himself, and got right to work. He spent very minimal time troubleshooting, found and repaired the issue in no time. He was very customer service- oriented, and knowledgeable. He had the AC working in no time! I trust him in my home. Will definitely recommend and use his services again.

B&B has been my go to for close to 20 years now. They are ALWAYS super nice and helpful. They really know their stuff! I have had them replace and work on AC units, Furnaces and Hot Water heaters and have been super pleased every time. I have been lucky to get the same guy the last few times and he always remembers being here. Definitely recommend them to everyone.

I normally don't write reviews but I decided to write one based on the service that Ron provided.
I wanted a new furnace installed at my house and Ron came to my house twice to explain in details what I would need installed and during the installation day he stayed at my house till 11:30 pm to make sure that the new unit was up and running..
For that reason I would highly recommend this company and specifically Ron if you need a new unit installed.

B&B is the BEST! I appreciate the quick response time when problems arise. B&B did an amazing job replacing our hot water heater , told us the price upfront with no hidden fees! Matt, the owner does service calls himself and made us feel like our situation was important and helped us very quick. Scott and Jack replaced our hot water heater and did an excellent job. Both were friendly and professional. I have told all my friends how I was impressed with B& B! We will definitely use them
again!

Have always had a good experience with the company. The scheduling process was easy. I received a reminder text of my appointment and a text to let me know the service tech was on the way. Rich was right on time. He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I definitely will ask for him again next year or if I have any AC service needs before then.

B&B Heating and Cooling have installed 2 new full HVAC systems for me (one at my previous house, and most recently at my new house). I was very impressed both times from start to finish! They were prompt, professional, explained everything thoroughly. Both installs required some duct work modification and they did a beautiful job. In addition, the equipment they installed for me both times significantly reduced my energy bills! If you're looking for true pros who know what they're doing and will treat you and your home with respect, call B&B!!

B&B cooling was able to come out in an AC emergency situation in less than 24 hours and repair within an hour. Super informative, very professional and will absolutely use them again!! Highly recommend and will be contacting them to update a thermostat as well.

Had some wiring go bad and they made sure to take care of us. It was last minute(thank you Matt) and pretty hot outside- Mike fixed the problem so quickly and I appreciate the quick response and service time. I won’t be calling anyone else for my heating and cooling!

Our service tech, Rich, was professional and knowledgeable. He was friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. We have an old unit that will eventually need to be replaced. Rich helped us to get our current A/C in top working condition, but he was also very helpful in providing us with information to plan for our future replacement needs. Because of his amazing service, we plan to use B&B when the time comes to replace our unit.
