I was referred to Click by Able Insurance in Florissant. The AC appeared to be leaking at our residence. Scheduling was easy; I called on a Friday and got a morning appointment the following Monday. Rob arrived on time and identified the issue quickly. He took the time to explain the problem and propose doing solution prior to performing the work. I highly recommend Click Heating and Cooling!

He arrived within 20 minutes, quickly discovered our issue, and provided professional service like no one I've ever met. Our house is very cool and so is Mr. Aaron. We have used this company for years: furnace, a/c, electronic air cleaner, etc. They are efficient, reasonable (will save you money if they can), and they stand behind their work. In recent heat wave, we called (after hours) on a weekend when we needed a part replacement on our a/c (1995). We expected not to hear from them until Mon.
Instead, we had a prompt return call and were squared away next morning! I like their Old Town location, their workmanship, the accessibility, and prices.

I have used Click Heating and Cooling for years. I manage about 50 apartments in the Floissant area and they are my goto for professionalism, customer service and the most reasonable price for all my HVAC problems.
