Nu-Way Heating & Air Conditioning

This business recently installed a heating furnace, central air compressor and a swimming pool heater. My install was not easy. Other professionals had to be engaged because of my swimming pool, and the two installers from Nu-Way accommodated the other company's schedule and worked with them in complete harmony. The two installers from Nu-Way figured out the layout and based upon their experience level, they were able to anticipate the other professionals jobs, so that everything clicked. I now have a premier furnace, central air, humidifier and swimming pool heater. I am still excited, as I swim in the warm waters.

I recently read some reviews from people that did not even have any personal engagement with this company, as they clearly stated in their posting. So I thought I had to provide my experience. Most of the time when people like me have a professional and expected experience with a company, we do not take time to post anything. But after reading the recent hateful postings from two people that had no personal experience with this company, I had to give my actual experience.

To my Nu-Way heating installers, Thank You. This is well overdue, but I can see now why it is more important for happy customers that had an actual business transaction with you stands up and says something. Perhaps more of your customers will at least give a thumbs up.

Jeff (owner) n his son are amazing! They are always quick to respond to your every need. They do the best job possible and very reasonable. I highly recommend them. We've used them as long as I can remember. We are currently getting a new furnace and AC unit. No words can do justice for their quality service. ❤❤❤

Most reliable HVAC you can find.

I wasn't referred here - in fact, Jeff found me. I was walking my dogs on a summer day when I was interrupted rudely by someone (not Jeff!) catcalling me. They followed me in their vehicle. Jeff was in his vehicle behind them, saw I was in distress, and asked if I wanted help. I said yes, and he pulled over to defend me and went along with my ruse that we had a mutual friend, Aunt Shirley or something like that. He waited until the loser drove off, then drove a few blocks to make sure I got home safe.

A couple years later and my heater breaks in the last days of winter, right around a weird mid-April snow storm. I call Jeff at 7AM, he calls me right back and he's at my house fixing my heating system, which he's never seen before, by 12:30PM.

If I could give 1000 stars I would.

When I first got our home Jeff installed our heating/AC, he has always maintained it and when it needed replacement there was no question on who would do the work. I would highly recommend Jeff for all Heating/Cooling needs.

Fantastic fast and quality service. Prices were very reasonable

This company is remarkable. Came quick, fixed quick, and my a/c is in working order for a fair rate. I can't ask for more. Offered good sound advice for future maintenance, but didn't use scare tactics or push too hard. I really felt Jeff had my best interest at heart.

I had saw an ad on marketplace for an ac unit. I corresponded back and forth with Kevin, the son. We decided to go with a new unit. The next day Jeff called and came by for a bid. We went with a different unit and they installed it on Tuesday. Couldn't ask for fast service. Would highly recommend.

Being a new homeowner and single, I wanted to call someone that I could trust and wouldn't overcharge me. I got both of these and more!! The service I received before, during and after, exceeded any and all expectations that I had. I recommend Nu-Way to everyone that I know. You definitely won't be disappointed. My mom called to cancel her appointment just for an estimate and the guy responded with “I planned my whole day around you.” To me that sounds like someone who was trying a scare tactic. Nu-way is now called no way in our family.
