Goldkamp goes above and beyond providing quality customer service. I have never had a negative experience and I wonder what customer service training they provide to their employees because everyone I have had the opportunity to come in contact with has been the ultimate courteous professional. When I need work done in my HVAC, I don’t hesitate to call because I know they will get the job done and I can trust their pricing and quality service. my last tech was Jimmy and he explained what he was doing and what the next procedure would be. Hats off to a company that still provides trustworthy quality service.

Goldkamp's technician/representative was friendly, professional, thorough and on time. He kept me informed throughout my service period to let me know what he was checking and why. I have used this company in the past for both heating and cooling maintenance. I plan to use them again in the future.

I use Goldkamp every year and would not use anyone else. From the staff to the techs….they are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and, most of all, HONEST…..the list goes on and on. I have recommended them to everyone who is in need of HVAC. They are beyond reasonable with their charges and most of the time I’m shocked. Our AC went out. I called at 8am when they opened and they were at my home by 11am. It was a simple fix and covered by my warranty. They fixed it quickly, cleaned my outside unit and were gone in less than an hour.

My fiancee and I could not be happier with Goldkamp. We used their services to replace our furnace and our AC unit. Both times, they showed up on-time, were extremely professional and friendly, and did an incredible job. They completed both installations within a matter of a few hours and even repaired a piece of our driveway gate that broke because of high winds catching it that day. Talk about customer service! Each time they went above and beyond. They even sent us a tin of cookies as a thank you for using them. Cannot recommend them enough. To make things even better, their prices were the absolute best out of the 3 quotes we requested by FAR. Check them out, you will not be disappointed.

I felt there never was a push to oversell anything. The sales and installation were professional. I was offered portable heaters leading up to the installation of the new HVAC system. Supporting local business is very important to me and choosing Goldkamp Heating & Cooling was the right choice.

We are extremely happy with the service we received from Goldkamp. From the tech who first came out to diagnose the issue with our furnace (cracked heat exchanger) to the salesman (Kevin), install team (Joe, Logan, Brandon and others) and office staff, a great team! After 24 years of use, we ended up needing and purchasing two complete Trane HVAC systems. Installation was perfect and everything went extremely smooth and easy. We will be purchasing the annual maintenance agreement and are happy we have found our go to HVAC company. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Everything was done in a timely manner. The change was clearly stated and did not go over. They came and took the old system out and put a new one in and were done in 4 to 5 hours. And were very polite.
