Josh Goldkamp was excellent. He walked me through my options and made sure I understood what I was buying. The install crew arrived on time, acted professionally, briefly trained me on the new system, and made sure to clean up everything. This is my go to HVAC service provider and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.

Saved $1,000s on our new system vs others. One company was even $4,000 more for a similar spece'd system!

I would have never imagined that I would be writing a review for a heating and cooling company, but when you have such an over the top experience you have to!

We have used other large companies in the past with subpar experiences, so we decided to try someone else. We called up Goldkamp Heating and Cooling, and the same day we spoke with Kevin Kelly over the phone and set up a day for him to stop by our home to take a look at our current system. The following day he came out and took a look at our system and helped describe the different units and gave us a range of options. He actually calculated the size of the system we would need and found our current system was actually too large for our home! Talk about Honesty! He could have just sold us what we currently had there and we would have not had any idea, but that's not how Goldkamp operates!

We decided on a system and set a date for the install. We were so highly impressed with how friendly, professional, and efficient the installers were! They were highly trained and did a quality job on the install!

Had a service setup and they no called no show. Called office and got sent to voicemail both times on that. I guess my service was not a big enough for them to care. How they have a 5 star review because If I could give them a no star I would.

We had to have our AC and furnace replaced and after much searching we learned about Goldkamp. The customer service from the beginning was excellent. The installers were prompt and clean. They exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them.

My AC unit is over 20 years old. I was bracing myself to spend thousands of dollars replacing it. Goldkamp was able to repair it. They were thorough and they were careful to follow COVID-19 social distancing precautions. They also gave me good maintenance recommendations/tips. The cost was incredibly reasonable. They brought my old A/C back to life! It works wonderfully! I have already recommended them personally to a friend.

My gas furnace stopped working late Friday night in the middle of December. I was recommended to Goldkamp H&C from a neighbor. Called there emergency line Saturday morning and Matt came right over in about an hour or so. Highly knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did he fix the problem, but he walked me through the issue and things to look out for in the future. Very reasonably priced, honest business that I highly recommend to anyone in the St. Louis area.

Matt came out to give me a second opinion after I was not satisfied with the diagnosis given by the company my home warranty sent out. After explaining to him what was going on, he was very honest in telling me that I shouldn't be paying for him to fix something that my home warranty company should be covering. He urged me to get the home warranty company on the phone and told me exactly what to say and what questions to ask. He did not want to see me be cheated and I appreciated his concern and advocacy.

No one wants to be swindled, but sometimes you don't know if you are or not. It's so refreshing to come across honest workers who care about the work they do and are able to empathize with their customers. While Goldkamp did not ultimately repair my system, I still received stand up service.

These guys just removed and installed a new HVAC system in one long raining day. Through out the entire time they all remained very courteous, professional, informative, and funny. They joked with each other the whole time. They really like their jobs and do excellent work ! Just give them a call and find out for yourself !
