Our conversations about my service problems was going back and forth with Andre. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. A technician, Andrew was on time. He explained everything he was going to do and performed it excellently. He was very polite and professional. A great BIG THANK YOU to him and ACE Company. Everything is now working great!! I have AC.

Andre and his staff were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. After enduring some uncomfortable summer nights, I made the call on a Friday. The next day, within two hours, my air unit was repaired and working wonderfully.Thanks ACE! I will definitely use this company again.

Well first the lady that I spoke with on the phone was wonderful and very professional and seems like a very caring person. Second the workers arrived and were very friendly and are completing the replacing the heating system as we speak. They are finished now and showed me how everything work including how to change the filter which you have to be careful by turning it off first which is so good to know because it will blow a fuse if you don't. Anyway the service was very good and I am glad to have heat again

AJ was professional and explained everything really well. He was out here within an hour of us calling and got things all fixed up right away! So grateful since our house was 82 degrees when he got here!! Will definitely use ace again if needed!

ACE was fantastic from beginning to end. Lola & Andre kept me informed on status of events. AJ (tech), diagnosed and provided detailed available options. The install crew (Eric, Josh & Jose) were professional, timely and thorough. Definitely recommend ACE for any HVAC needs.

(2023) my A/C was not cooling, I called to schedule an appointment, which was only a few days later, Lola was super helpful and got me enrolled in the home care program.

A.J was my technician, he did a great job and was friendly and professional.

(2021 I forgot to post) I have worked with Andre & Matt previously at other property, ACE was the first company that came to mind when I knew there was a possibility of needing a new AC.
I called to schedule a quote, they walked me through and explained what work was needed and how long it would take.
The install was completed quickly and professionally.
